Pros: This was our second stay, they took into account that the first time the room was too small for our big suitcase, very thoughtful of them. It was super clean, there is space to keep your luggages until departure and a waiting room plus a wc you can use, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We will be definately coming back!

Super happy with the great staff and facilities at Hotel Porta Pia

Pros: Everything was so modern and clean, the room was fitted with everything you need for a vacation in Rome. I loved the convenience of the hotel, modern key cards, codes to enter into your room and even a small fridge in the room.

Cons: I loved everything about the property.

Pros: It was a very short stay as was there for work. Friendly and helpful receptionist; comfortable and clean. It’s close to my destination and within walking distance to Termini station.

Pros: Staff is very nice and helpful and you can reach everywhere by walk the longest was 1hr 10min by walk which for me is very good.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with amazing staff who really took care of me.

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional. They took great care of me throughout my stay. At one point, I had an issue with the hot water, and they immediately stepped in and changed my room without any delay. I also made a mistake by forgetting the key to my previous room and accidentally reserving both rooms for the same night, but they handled everything with complete professionalism and never showed any frustration. Overall, their service was outstanding.

Cons: The shower box is a bit small, especially for someone around 190 cm tall. I even slipped once while stepping out, so a little more space or grip support would make it much safer and more comfortable.

Don't let the front deceive u the accommodation is great

Pros: Accommodation was clean, well equipped, right were we needed to be to see all the sights, plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants located near buy

Cons: The front didn't look like the inside ,inside was clean modern and well equipped, but the front didn't look like an entrance to the accommodation
