Pros: Location, staff, very warm room, complimentary mini bar.

Cons: Cleaning good be better in details. Generally ok but not perfect.

Friendly staff

Pros: The breakfast is so good, a wide variety of options and very fresh.

Cons: Water on the bathroom floor during the night. I don't know where it leaked from but should not have happened...should not be on my hands and knees during the night to wipe up water.

Pros: Location in a very nice area. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, also good access to the city center.

Cons: You couldnt turn off the heating in the bathroom so it was very hot. The internet went down and it was not available for two days of our stay.

Pros: Excellent location for experiencing Rome, with all major attractions within a 30–40 minute walking distance. A bus stop is located nearby, along with numerous restaurants and cafés. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return at the first opportunity!

Pros: The hotel deserves a 10/10 rating. The reception was fantastic, and the room was excellent for two people. I stayed at the hotel on my wife's birthday, and the room was wonderful. Even when I was checking out, I was late for my train, with only 10 minutes left, so much so that the wonderful receptionist, Carlos, almost took me to the Rome Termini train station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Carlos who greeted us when we arrived. The breakfast was a wonderfully varied spread and delicious. The rooms were well kept and comfy, and the water pressure and heat from the shower was incredible. Will definitely visit again.
