Excellent stay

Pros: The location was perfect,everything is closeby.The apartment has so much character and has everything you need.Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.The kitchen was an added bonus as we had breakfast there each morning.Our host was wonderful,she went through everything with us on arrival and gave us some great tips about Rome and some also restaurant recommendations.We will definitely return in the future.

Pros: appartamento centralissimo, nel cuore del centro di Roma. in posizione eccezionale. a due passi da piazza di spagna e fontana di trevi. arredato con un gusto delizioso, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. la ciliegina sulla torta poi, è la disponibilità e la cortesia della signora Raffaella. i suoi preziosi consigli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello. è diventato senza dubbio un nostro riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Roma. SUPER CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Einfach nur perfekt!

Pros: Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem Nötigen und an perfekter superzentralen Lage.

Pros: La recepción de Raffaella. Muy amable. Ubicación excepcional. Habitaciones cómodas.

Cons: Es un tercero sin ascensor bastante alto.

Pros: Rafaella som tog emot oss var väldigt trevlig och välkomnande. Extra bonus för de tips hon hade om restauranger, caféer mm. Läget var perfekt, det var gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter.

Cons: Något trångt kök, och lite få garderober. Det finns ingen hiss, men då får man bra träning.

Pros: スペイン広場、トレビの泉、パンテオンは徒歩圏内で朝早く空いてる時間にまわれてよかったです。バルベリーニ駅から徒歩5分。地下鉄でコロッセオ、バチカン美術館に行くのにもも便利でした。室内のセンスが良くとても清潔。Wi-Fi完備！3つのベッドルームを３人で広々と利用できました。タオルが人数分ワンセットずつ置いてありうれしかったです。ホストのラファエラさんは非常に親切で楽しい方でした。家族みんなで同室でくつろぎたい方、自炊＆洗濯したい方、ローマをゆっくり楽しみたい方におすすめです。

Cons: 承知の上で宿泊したのですが、エレベーターがないので歩きまわった後、階段上がるのがキツかった！ 観光税を別途支払う旨、理解し承諾しているとチェックイン時に伝えていたのですが、支払い承諾依頼のチャットにチェックアウト前日の日中気づかず、夜に携帯を開いたら重大な契約違反の通知がBooking.comからきていたのでびっくりしました。面倒なのでチェックイン時に対面で支払えるようにしてもらいたいです。
