Lovely apartment in upper Rome

Pros: Great location right outside the bus station and lovely staff that were available whenever we needed them. There was light breakfast available too. Beds super comfortable with hard mattresses. En suite bathrooms clean too. Lovely stay!!

Cons: Bit noisy due to main road even though insulation was as good as it could get. If someone is very sensitive to noise they would need ear plugs for soundproofing

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Pros: Location was perfect. Metro station was a 5 min walk and the bus stop was outside the apartment. Lots of shops and restaurants around the apartment. Everything is walking distance: Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. The staff were amazing at checking us in and providing information on how to get around and suggesting restaurants. The apartment was spacious and beautiful and the host provided complimentary snacks and drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.

Cons: The noise from the street travels to the room very easily, especially late night party goers using the bus.

Pros: Excellent location with warm hospitality. They allow you to store your belongings before and after your stay at the hotel

A very nice accommodation. We will stay there again next time if we travel to Rome again.

Pros: The owner Livia and her sons were extremely helpful. They helped us to arrange transport from airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the cruise port as part of the service. They even helped to carry our luggage and waited with us for the van. We are very grateful for their service.

Pros: fabulous location great having 2 en-suite bedrooms for 2 couples-perfect great communication- very helpful with everything storage for luggage after check out provided transfers made life much easier great place to eat/ drink across road excellent place to stay whilst visiting Rome

Cons: could do we a toaster in kitchen kitchen stools very squeaky very small things in otherwise great accommodations

Perfect apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: We were a group of 5 adults and had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, with excellent soundproofing that made it feel like a true escape in the middle of the city. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you'd need, from restaurants and shops to public transport. The hosts were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay!

Cons: The extra single bed could have been more comfortable and an extra pillow or two would have been appreciated but nothing negative to say about the apartment, location and the hosts who were excellent

Pros: Spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic central location. 5 mins to subway but major attractions all walkable -Trevi fountain 5 mins. Lots of restaurants within short walk. Very friendly and helpful staff in next door hotel to book us in. Apartment very comfortable. We felt very secure. Some late night noise but you are in the middle of the city. We’d love to stay again so strongly recommend

Cons: It’s a great location so need to accept a level of city centre noise.
