Perfect suburban apartment that makes you feel like a local

Pros: Awesome suburban location, not too far from the city centre either. Great local eateries around. Clean and efficient apartment. Bus 85 from the stop downstairs is so ideal for all journeys to central Rome! Host Roberto is very friendly and accommodating. My parents stated they will be staying here again on their next visit to Rome.

Cons: - lack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower - a little couch/sofa in the hallway would complete this apartment! Could be achieved by moving dining table into kitchen :)

I can't say anything more good about the apartment.

Pros: The house was clean, close to the metro, and the owner was very attentive.

Cons: There wasn't enough hot water in the bathroom for everyone. The water in the tank was quickly getting cold

Pros: Great quiet place, close to Metro And City center. Nice appartment house. Apt. Newly renovated. Helpful owner. Comfortable beds - full beds not just sofa, accomodate well 5people. Kitchen and balcony. Nice bathroom with bidet.

Cons: Low pressure of water, but ok. Kitchen equiped, but just exactly for four people.

Pros: The apartment is really nice, clean and warm! It’s close to the metro station! Definitely recommend it! It was perfect for our group of 5 people!

Pros: Nice and clean flat in great area, about 5 minutes from metro but not on the main street. Windows led into the inner part of the block of flats and it was quiet. In the area were locals lived, small supermarkets and local restaurants near by. Also direct bus from Colloseum stops near the flat. I loved the window shades, to make the room dark and also the bed was comfortable. We traveled in winter so heating was a plus. We would definitely come back. Great for a family with children.

Cons: Only 2 people can sit at the table in the kitchen. But it is possible to move the table to the hallway (I would recommend to keep it that way). The kitchen could be better equipped but you can manage to cook a simple meal or make a breakfast.

Satisfied stay.

Pros: Apartment is neat and clean. It is situated near a bus stop( +-200m) and a metro (+-800m) away. It is quiet in the building with no disturbances. It's also close to some supermarkets/mini markets.

Cons: The location is very far from all the attractions. Rome's public transport is not very grand and it can take up to an hour to get to the Vatican, or 45min to get to Colloseum and Rome busy tourist spots.

Pros: The location was perfect, it was not in the crowdy and noisy city center, but in 25 minutes you could reach for instance the Spanish Steps with the subway. The host was really kind and flexible, we could contact via Whatsapp. The apartment was completely cleaned, and highly equipped. The neighbourhood was totally calm, we could sleep after a long day. It is ideal for a family or for a group of friend.

Pros: The location was brilliant. Quiet, a cheap supermarket round the corner. An easy 5 minute walk max to the Colli Albani metro stop.

Cons: Nothing really, I would have liked some more towels and it didn't have washing up liquid or tea towels to dry the dishes. The double bedframe was very squeaky which was annoying but generally it was great.
