Calm and well communicated neighbourhood
Pros: Well situated closed to the metro station. Easy access to the apartment through internet codes, specially for a late arrival like ours. Super confy bes
Cons: Walls are pretty thin, you could hear all the sounds/noises from very early morning

A very good option for groups of younger people.
Pros: Nice place, safe and clean. Great host, very responsive and supportive made our stay very nice.
Cons: The location is a bit far from the city center, however the information was clear when we booked, and we assumed that we will use public transportation.

Spacious flat near metro stop
Pros: The place was really spacious, close to the Metro A stop, and few metro stops away from main historic sites. Looked like it has been partially refurbished recently. However the shower is really small, if you’re tall it’s going to be a struggle. Plenty of grocery stores, bakery, bars and pizzerias if you need breakfast or a quick meal.Quick and easy communication with the owner.Check in was really easy despite all done remotely. I was allowed to check in earlier as well, which was great.
Cons: Overall this was a nice stay, the place is nice, but it could do with some improvements. While the place looked new and it was really spacious, it does need better cleaning. The place looks clean on first glance, no dust on most surfaces, however the kitchen surfaces were super sticky, fridge and oven needed better cleaning as well. Same for the shower, which despite looking new, it had a lot of mold and seems like it doesn’t get deep cleaned (the sealing silicone on the bottom of the shower had pink and black mold). The AC filters need to be dusted, I tried to switch on the AC in the bedroom, but it was blowing so much dust I couldn’t breathe. Lastly, more a matter of comfort. The bedcover/sheet were clean but they were rough due to the overuse, they felt really rough on the skin. One of the towel provided had yellow stains, I guess they were darker stains that were not completely bleached out, yes the towel was clean, but I think it is not a good service overall to provide an item for personal hygiene which was stained from previous guests. For full disclosure I didn’t ask to have the bedsheet or towels changed.

Pros: If you are looking for an apartment in Roma, don’t doubt, this is a very good deal. 10 minutes walk to the metro station and 12 minutes to Termini by metro. Good Carrefour is near. A lot of other shops, restaurants are not far away. Big square of apartment. If you plan a long stay, large park Appio Latina 15 minutes walk. Very friendly owner Francesca. Thank you! We really miss it.
Cons: Very very small detail - we didn’t find a bottle opener. Quite big audibility in apartments near enter door. But it’s historical doors and all building have the same, I think it’s not possible to change it.

Very good stay in a nice and well situated flat!
Pros: Our stay was really good. We spent 8 days in the appartment begin of October. Despite the hot temperatures (26-30 degree), the appartment was really cool without using air condition! It is only 2 to 3 minutes to the next metro station (line A - very good for all touristic activities in Rome) and supermarket. The bed was extremely comfortable. Instead of a key, an electronic key via a website is used which was practical because you do not have to carry the key.
