Fabulous stay in wonderful accommodation.

Pros: Great location, very clean and tidy and the king sized bed was very comfy. The lady on reception had a fabulous manner and was very attentive.

Cons: Nothing to report

Pros: Very clean, there is nice tea coffee available as-well as toothbrushes and razors. Good location

Cons: The shower door seal at the bottom is perished so water gets out quite a lot, needs replacing

Well thought through accommodation in a best neighborhood

Pros: Location is incredible, everything is at a walking distance. Room with the balcony is much bigger than appears on the photos. Lot's of room for baggage, clothes. Coffee (good one and you can always get a refill) and tea in the room saved us a lot of time. And having coffee on the balcony is the best way to start your mornings. Shared kitchen is a huge plus, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, tea and coffee cups, microwave. The shower was amazing , very spacious. Amenities starting from wi-fi to toothpaste and body milk were very thought through. Bed is comfortable. The staff - very welcoming, nice and attentive. We enjoyed our stay))))

Pros: Spacious, clean, very friendly staff, centrally located. The owner and staff really went out of their way to help us. Our luggage arrived two days later, the delivery company contacted them and they were calling us proactively to inform us when the bag would be dropped at the hotel. They really helped make the best out of a bad situation where we dreaded we had to potentially go shopping for clothes and a new suitcase.

Pros: The room size was good and well arranged. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all major attractions

Great appartment for a short stay

Pros: Great place for a short stay in a great location. Nice and friendly staff, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in proximity. Coffee in the room and shared area.

Pros: Very great choice if you want to choose a very good location, very clean, quiet, lovely and professional staff. I will definitely choose again this hotel if I need to come back. You also have a shared kitchen and tables if needed.

Cons: The only thing is that you cannot let your luggage after the check out to the reception. Nevertheless, they share with you 3 locations where you can let your luggage very near the hotel. So manageable

Great location, clean, great view.

Pros: View was great. Location is great. Beds were nice.

Cons: Noise from the street when the windows were open. Shower was hot and powerful but weirdly positioned.

Pros: Great location. 5mi to Vatican and old city. Not need fir bus or metro, walking distance to major attractions . Clean comfortable room with great mattress for good night sleep.

Cons: No stuff available on regular basis in reception. Room wasn't clean even once during our 3 night stay. No breakfast, however when I was booking breakfast was included. Kitchen is available for use to make a tea coffee.

A pleasant stay within walking distance of the main sights

Pros: This was a nice room - spacious with plenty of storage if you need it. There was a mini fridge & tea & coffee in the room, but you could also use the facilities in the communal kitchen if needed.

Cons: Like a few others have mentioned, the air con unit is under the window, so we had to leave the curtains open at night to let the air out as it was very warm. There was also a slight smell in the bathroom, I guess from the drains… but nothing too bad.
