Lovely place in perfect location

Pros: The place feels homely. Fantastic host, answers all queries promptly, location is perfect, lovely room and comfortable bed, with very nice coffee and Italian breakfast each morning. A very nice lady serves breakfast.

Cons: I was cold on the first night because I didn’t know how to make the heating work but the next day I received an extra blanket and the heating was sorted so it was all good. The only problem remained was the noise from the outside in the night but it was around New Year’s Day so I guess that’s to be expected in such a central location.

Fabulous visit very exhausting but exhilarating but comfortable accommodation is a must and this is it!

Pros: Location and the nearest of the no 64 bus to Termini right outside. Also the luxury apt with marble bath and beams were amazing.

Cons: Very noisy outside but when in Rome?

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms and absolutely wonderful staff

Pros: Superb location, comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the lady who runs the property day-to-day (who we got to know well at breakfast) was absolutely wonderful.

Cons: The street next door can be a little noisy, but nothing to be done about that!

What a charming hotel, beautiful rooms, fabulous location, and wonderful staff. We would visit again

Pros: The breakfast was delightful and filling. Such a charming breakfast room too. The rooms were beautiful and we loved the stairs and the glass elevator in the center. Meticulously clean and in such a wonderful location.

Cons: We were delighted to find mini splits in each bedroom as it was 35+ in Rome during our stay. However, the mini split in our children’s room may have needed maintenance because it couldn’t keep up with the heat and never cooled down lower than 29C. This was certainly no one’s fault, just a very hot summer. We noticed our room stayed much cooler.

Good place to stay

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons: Bit noisy, windows do not hold back any sound and there was a renovation against our window, wich started at 7 am.

Wonderful stay at the perfect Rome location!

Pros: The properly was a beautiful mix of old and new, it felt really authentic and was incredibly clean. Giulia was really welcoming, she even left us a bottle of fizz on arrival to celebrate my partner’s 30th! Overall it was a great property, excellent location, and wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!

Cons: The only minor thing would be the shower that you had to hold it yourself rather than it being fixed on the wall.
