Pros: Amazing location, modern and clean rooms. The staff is responsive and very helpful.

Cons: Sound insulation of the rooms is poor, you hear the neighbours and the people in the hallway. The electrical panel is noisy (ticking noise that cannot be turned off).

Pros: Very clean room and bathroom, everything new. Very kind host (Prosecco bottle offered).

Cons: everything was ok but two small suggestions for further improvements : good that luggage can be left after check out until 15:00 but it is unattended. Best would be to provide a locker. And pillows are too soft for Italian standards.

Wonderful & comfortable stay!

Pros: The location was amazing, as the apartment was located in a cozy area with loads of places for food and drinks nearby and walking distance from Vatican and most other monuments and museums. The check in and check out were very straightforward and the host was always available and helpful! The room was clean and spacious and had everything that you’d need - including toiletries, vanity kits, hairdryer etc! The only thing that maybe could have been useful is a full length mirror in the room itself but there is a huge mirror in the bathroom anyway, so all good! :) It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Pros: A perfect room in a perfect location. Plenty of space, clean, modern, and secure. Loved the 2 secure entry ways before the secure room. We will be back.

I had a wonderful stay, being close to many places I wanted to visit and discover some of the gems of Rome.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the property, its suitability for a solo traveler and its location was ideal. The process for checking in was seamless and all the information sent left me was helpful. Antoine responded quickly to any questions I had.

Cons: I was really happy with the property. In an ideal world I would have liked to have been able to see out of a window rather than the frosted glass.

Perfect place to stay - clean, comfortable and excellent location! 🥰

Pros: The property was ideally located and a stone throw away from some lovely restaurants, local boutiques and a very popular Gelateria, Frigidarium (highly recommend this place) There was no need to travel anywhere as there’s lovely places to go nearby. This also includes walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and St Peter’s square and Piazza Novana. The local buses (62 & 64) were also very close too, to go further into Rome for sight seeing. The property was brand new and extremely clean. The host was always a what’s app message away for assurance. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The Italian breakfast was also worth it too!

Cons: There were no complaints - it would have been great to have a mirror in the room itself. We only had the bathroom mirror.

Pros: Imacculatly clean spacious apartment. Fantastic location. You can walk to everything. Breakfast was included in cafe around the corner. You can ask for English breakfast which is included if you prefer. Communication with owner via watsapp excellent. We got the triple room for extra space. Lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. Basic toiletries included. Also tea and coffee. I would stay again.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe some milk in fridge for coffee that is it.

Perfect location

Pros: I loved the location walking distance every where and near some great places to eat. Very clean and new. Host was very quick with responses

Pros: Very comfortable room at mini-hotel (it is actually an apartment with 4 rooms in the residential building), self check-in, very food and silent air conditioner

Cons: It was an electricity shutdown during which electronic door lock wouldn’t work and we had no keys and thus no possibility to come in
