Pros: Amazing, friendly service and beautiful, clean room. Maison Ottavia was in a fantastic location that was safe, beautiful and close to everything. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rome

The 3rd time in Rome but I think that this was the best location I ever stayed at.

Pros: Staff was very helpfull especially young Dariel who besides suggesting a few exceptional good resuarants, he also helped us to book transport to the airport. The hotel is sound proof with the windows closed and very clean. Tea, coffee, buiscuts etc are always available in the common area. Be back the next time in Rome.

Cons: I am more than satisfied since for a lodging in Rome it exceeded my expectations.

Pros: We loved it here! Everything was perfect, the staff, the equipments, the location and the comfort. It’s right in the centre and you can walk to the attractions very easily. We found everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. The convenience of the location made our voyage easier, we walked everywhere. I strongly recommend Maison Ottavia.

Pros: The hotel and location is amazing. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Everything is perfect, and to top if all off the staff is super amazing. Everyone was very helpful and Tatiana went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. We would love to come back and again and would highly recommend this pm Lace to anyone visiting Rome.

Good location

Pros: Room was an okay size, location was excellent for walking to major attractions and bus stop very close. Also eating options around area and a supermarket Staff were helpful.

Cons: Shower with curtain was beside the bed, with toilet and sink in small room down a step by entrance. Bed was extremely firm, pillows were very hard. Has luggage lift only, steep stairs up to room. Advertised as hotel but is 4 guest rooms with communal kitchen area, no full time staff on site but accessible via whatsapp

Great stay

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was big and spotlessly clean and a big comfortable bed. Main street view from the window. An extra plus for the 24hr free coffee and snacks at the reception area. Nice little coffee shop below the hotel open early mornings for great coffee and pastries.

Cons: The pillows, that's all

Beautiful room in a great location and great snacks

Pros: Beautiful room - we had the superior. It was much larger than expected, very clean, large bathroom, and amazing view. We didn’t include breakfast but they always had a large range of complimentary snacks and coffee available. Staff were very helpful and gave recommendations and were always available by text. Fantastic location and felt very safe. Located conveniently above a supermarket and cafe, also right near the Vatican and other attractions.

Cons: Bathroom door not very private, so only stay with a loved one or treasured friend.
