Navona Queen Rooftop

Great stay in a really good location,

Pros: Breakfast was limited , but good quality, the rooftop has amazing views and the staff were excellent with Matteo leading the way. The location is spot on for the main sites, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori.

Cons: Whilst our room had a kettle and tea, there was no coffee making machine in the rooms and only available with breakfast.

Pros: Excellent place to stay with friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice on the rooftop with a view over Rome.

Cons: Would have liked the bar to be open later. But recognise it is difficult to predict demand and arrange staff

Pros: - Staff very helpful and friendly, in particular Matteo and the breakfast staff - Cleanliness - proximity to Vatican - Views from breakfast area

Cons: - The superior room didn't seem to be any different from a standard room from what I could tell - The rooftop bar not really an option as its not open after 9, when we had returned from a busy day and would have liked to enjoy it (on one occasion we were there at 8.30 but felt we were imposing by asking the junior member of staff on duty if it was open, so retreated) - I expect this is different in Spring and Summer, but disappointing as it was the reason we booked the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location - about a 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican City and all other tourist spots were very accessible from here. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst there was not always someone on the front desk, they had a WhatsApp number to contact them on at any time. Arranged transport to and from the airport for us. Overall, a great hotel and would recommend.

Cons: There was nothing really not to like.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Navona Queen Rooftop. The staff were incredibly polite and always attentive, meeting every request with a smile. The location is perfect, the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The rooftop is a true highlight, offering breathtaking views of Rome and a peaceful escape from the city’s bustle. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Magic Rooftop Hotel.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staffs with professional services. Excellent spot for watching the firework on the rooftop on new year's eve countdown night, magnificent.

Christmas break in Rome: unforgettable!

Pros: Matteo and his team were great: courteous, helpful and very friendly. The location couldn't possibly be better: at the heart of Rome, with lots of nice restaurants around, walking distance to most attractions and easy access to transport, yet in a quiet and beautiful building with a pleasant atrium. We particularly loved the old lift. The room was large, comfortable, immaculately clean and attractively decorated. Having a good breakfast at the rooftop - with a panoramic view reaching far away - was definitely a unique experience, especially as breakfast is personally and delicately served at your table. A wonderful way to start the day. We thought it was a bit pricey, but would definitely be back.

Cons: A small expresso machine in the room would be nice.
