Pros: Very clean, comfortable and great value for money. Excellent location for all main tourist attractions. Great communication from the staff and flexible with our late check-in. Would recommend this hotel and we would definately stay there if back in Rome.

Pros: Good central location, walkable to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner works well and can be left on when not in room so that it’s cool to come back to.
Cons: The carpet could do with replacing and walls a repaint. It’s also loud from the apartment above if people are up there.

Good stay, very clean, safe and comfortable.
Pros: The perfect location, easy to find, clear and direct instructions. Huge room, looking forward to returning. For me everything was great just wold like to suggest fuller pillows I woke up with a very bad neck as the pillows were very flat.
Cons: Pillows, empty. Very bad neck for a few hours.

Pros: We had a wonderful time in Rome. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Palazzo Medusa was an ideal location to stay. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Lift there if needed. Will go back again.

Pros: Location is great, all attractions are in walkable distance. Lot of restaurants and bars in area. Kudos to the friendly amazing staff. They were there for everything that was needed.

Lovely comfortable guest house in and less touristy neighbourhood near local food and bars.
Pros: A lovely room on the first floor, clean, big comfy bed. Mini bar with fair prices. Good air conditioning and very nice and helpful staff. This is a guest house which has set times for staff but all communication is done through WhatsApp and they respond very quickly to any questions or issues. The local area has many bars and restaurants frequented by locals. The pasta place on the bottom floor has some of the best food we've eaten anywhere. Technically it's a shop but you can eat there. Highly recommend.
Cons: Pillows were a little flat but not too uncomfortable.

Great hotel in the perfect location
Pros: The property was in a great location, really close to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo and within walkable distance to all of the other main sites. The staff were all really nice and helpful and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was clean.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros: Stayed in Palazzo Medusa 8 days, was traveling by myself and had a singe room, rather small but just great for 1 person. Location is great, walking around everywhere, from 1min you have busses, 5min and you are in Campo dei Fiori, 10min-15min to great attractions. Bathroom was very well-sized for being for such a small room, fresh, daily cleaning. Coffe places, lunch, pasta, great pastry shop all available just outside of the building. Great value for money.
Cons: Only 2 things: the bed or rather the mattress that was too hard for me and the heating - the radiator it could get boiling hot and the tiny room was like an oven. Tried controlling the unit, but seemed like it was controlled from somewhere else, centrally?
