Bright apt near Porta Maggiore

Lovely apartment great location

Pros: Lively apartment a short walk from local bars and restaurants and only 30 mins nice walk to the coliseum! Parking was good too and secure

Cons: Our sat nav struggled to find the correct gate at first

Pros: Really nice host, no problem with communication or check-in. Good location without noises but still really close to the center and all places for sightseeing. I will definitely come back :)

Absolut value for money choice, recommended for families of four, couple or friends, Good choice.

Pros: The area is nice, walking distance from San Giovanni de Laterano church and next to Aurelius' wall. There are some cute and delicious cafe around the corner a the roundabout. (La Zeppola - do not miss it!) The metro line C was under construction during our stay but the line A is not far (10-15 minutes on foot). The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people (2 beds), well-equiped for cooking sometime, wash clothes if necessary). The building is modern and clean. There is lift. You can find a supermarket (Tigre) nearby and some small restaurants as well with superb dishes. (much better than restaurants around monuments in downtown). Railway station and Ciampino airport are also close. We would choose it again next time visiting Rome and recommend it to friends.

Cons: We had to manage to get the keys via a video sent prior at late evening with little streetlight. A personal handover would give extra comfort.

Comfortable, Clean, with great view, close to bus and tram stations near Porta Maggiore.

Pros: The apartment was cleaned and properly equipped with all required appliances including washing machine.

Cons: Well, all was fine with the apartment, however I would advise those with light sleep that this is close to the railroad so in the morning you may still hear some trains. Also make sure you retrieve the key code to key box a little in advance to your arrival.

Pros: Nadherny apartman, velky, krasne presvetlený, plne vybavený. Velmi pohodlná posteľ, vela uterakov k dispozícii. Boli sme veľmi spokojní a užili sme si pobyt

Pros: Situato nel quartiere Prenestino-Labicano, l'appartamento è vicino a diverse fermate di mezzi di trasporto - metro C (Lodi) e C, A (San Giovanni), bus e tram, e si presta a visitare le varie attrattive della città eterna. Per i fan di Fantozzi, dalla finestra della camera da letto si vede il balcone che si affaccia sul cavalcavia, teatro di una celebre scena di uno dei film del famoso Ragioniere.

Cons: La mancanza delle mollette per stendere il bucato. Per il resto nulla.

Pros: Апартаменты нам понравились, просторные и светлые,всё как на фотографиях, владелец с приближением даты заезда был всегда на связи,заехали без проблем,встретила нас милая девушка, всё рассказала и показала.Вообщем,если будем ещё раз в Риме или наши знакомые,будем рекомендовать однозначно.

Cons: Кто привык к глобальной тишине во время сна, особенно в утренние часы,то такого не будет,рядом проходит ж.д линия и дорога,машин не слышно, только когда скорая с включенными маячками и поезда некоторые виды,могу сказать одно после целого дня экскурсии на это мы не реагировали.

Pros: Sehr sonnig und hell Gut ausgestattet. Nicht sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuss. Sicherer Parkplatz Sehr cooler Empfang und gute Instruktionen von Francesco und Lorenzo. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons: Einige Pfannen und Töpfe in der Küche waren nicht in Top-Zustand (es gab aber genug) Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht einschalten (die Temperatur im Mai war aber nur über kurze Zeit zu warm).
