Italy 🇮🇹

Pros: Very good location on a outskirt of the old city. 1min walk to the old city, 10min to vatican and 15min to Trastevere. Very nice rooftop balcony; good kitchen and living room to organize meals and time at the apartment. Beds were really comfy, both rooms have separate small balconies. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything worked.

Cons: Bathrooms are located close to each others with only glass wall between letting noice going through. The access to the shower is through the second bedroom.

Fantastic apartment in a great spot. Owner helpful and lovely.

Pros: Location is great. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and has everything you could need or want for a very pleasant visit. The balcony is wonderful. The bedrooms are large, clean and comfortable. Lovely fresh bed linen and plenty of towels. Each bedroom has a small balcony. Kitchen and shower really good. Some tea and coffee and toiletries are provided. Super apartment for central Rome. It’s a small house, really. Lift is great as apartment on top floor. Nothing not to like. Owner really helpful. Would love to stay again!

Cons: Nothing not to like. May be helpful to know there is a flight of stairs up from the two bedrooms to the kitchen, living room and main balcony. Fine for us, but if you have mobility issues using stairs; this is likely not the place for you.

Świetny apartament z cudnym tarasem

Pros: Apartament jest w świetnej lokalizacji, jest pięknie urządzony i wykończony. Fantastyczny taras z widokiem na dachy Rzymu. Dwie duże i wygodne sypialnie, dwie łazienki. W okolicy mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Wszędzie jest blisko. Właściciel apartamentu był bardzo miły i pozwolił nam się wcześniej zameldować za co bardzo dziękujemy. Ale gdyby nie było takiej możliwości to zaraz obok jest przechowalnia bagażu więc można go tam zostawić i ruszać w miasto.

Cons: Drobiazgi, ale muszę wspomnieć. W wyposażeniu kuchni brakowało kilku rzeczy, np ścierek, były 3 kieliszki do wina a nas 4. Ciśnienie wody było słabe. W jednej z sypialni jest piękna wanna ale napuszczenie wody trwało wieki. Spłuczka wczesnej z lazienek nie działała jak należy. Ale to drobiazgi do poprawienia, bo ogólne wrażenie jest bardzo dobre.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage. Aber für den Suffix „Luxury“ dann doch mucht gut genug.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut auch schöne stilvolle Einrichtung.

Cons: Die Bäder haben nur wenig Platz, die Spülung des einen Klos ist nur sehr schwach. Wir waren im November da und trotz der bitte an das Personal die Heizung anzuschalten, geschah dies nicht.

Great location within walking distance to top sights

Pros: Great location! Very clean and location was perfect to see all the major sights. The outdoor balcony was lovely and well appointed.

Cons: Minor point that the bedrooms could have hooks to hang on. A note that there are 21 steps to go upstairs to the kitchen, living room area and large balcony.
