Pros: it was very well located in the city, close to the metro line. the room was clean and all facilities were included (toiletries as well). the room has been cleaned and put in order daily.

Cons: the only “annoying” thing was the noise from the street the house faces, but absolutely bearable.

Pros: Clean, cozy room near the city center. Outstanding communication with owner. 10 minutes to city center, a lot of cafés and restaurants in neigborhood. I honestly recommend this accomodation!

Pros: the accommodation was excellent. 15 minutes from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Trevi Fountain is 20/25 minutes away. Piazza Venezia is 20 minutes away. we had a 10-minute walk from the train station. the room was clean and tidy. the heating was great. the staff is very friendly and available for all questions and advice. after checking out, we were given the opportunity to leave our luggage with them in the office

Lovely stay in a great location

Pros: It was great location close to the station, on the strip of road that was 10 mins from the tourist attractions.

Cons: Slightly tired paint and a bit of mould in the shower but could all be easily sorted.

Pros: The location, close by walking to Termini station and Cavour metro station. Close to the Colosseum by walk.

Cons: The location, how big and clean the rooms are. Also the neighbour has restaurants, supermarkets and shops

Good location, quite noisy

Pros: Clean apartment in perfect location. Very close to Termini, Colosseum and other main city point. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very tasty gelato right across the street.

Cons: Apartment windows are facing busy street and they are not soundproof so quite a lot of noise from cars and pedestrians can be heard almost all night. Consider this if you are not a heavy sleeper. Other than that apartment is perfect.

Pros: Great central location only a few minutes away from the Meteo and within walking distance to many attractions. Accomodation was very clean and Davide was very helpful throughout.

Family of 3 vacation

Pros: Communication was impressive 10/10. The support and understanding from the owner was something that you really need, when you travel the first time to Rome and especially with children. I would stay again only for this reason.

Cons: The room itself needs renovation over all, isn't good. When you pay nearly €200 per night, I was expecting to get not just clean bedding and towels, but overall a bit more renovated room ( like shower head needs to be changed, and otherthingslike that).

Great location for a short stay in Rome

Pros: Perfect location. Really convenient to visit Rome city center, but still away from the crowd. Rione Monti is a really cool neighborhood, many nice bars for breakfast and aperitivo around. The owner was really easy to communicate with.

One of the best in Rome (perfect balance between price/accomodation comfort/location).

Pros: The location is magnificient. Very close to termini and the Colosseum, lots of food options above 4.5 stars closer than 10 mins of walk. The room was very clean, the owner is friendly and room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels every other day. The pillows were soft. The bathroom was clean and the bidet was useful.

Cons: The double bed was not super-comfy and it was shaky a bit (because of the plastic legs, I suppose). Because of the location (on a main street) when you open the windows for fresh air, there was some city noise.
