A perfect stay in lovely Rome!

Pros: Fantastic location on a quiet side street with various food stores. Room was spotless and decorated lovely. The owner Francesco was so friendly and happy to help. Everything worth seeing was in walking distance

Pros: Very caring host, great location, room just as pictured. Typical italian bed with a mattress on the harder side.

Cons: Noise insulation not on northern European standard, but pretty good compared to most Mediterranean accommodations. In Rome you will have some loud motorcycles blasting through at night, call it part of the experience.

Perfect spot to explore Rome

Pros: Very quiet inside the room Loved the space, it was a cosy bed and the room had a desk + storage for suitcase + clothes It was very clean, always The shower was also really great pressure + heat Wifi was excellent Easy walk to the Colloseum

Lovely few days away with my eldest son to celebrate his hard work at school - perfect city break!

Pros: The location is perfect - 10 min walk from the main rail/metro terminal, the colleseum and Trevi Fountain. The immediate area is lovely - cobbled streets, cafe's shops and bars all around. The room was imaculate & spacious, with great coffee machine in the communal area. Our host Francesco was extremely helpful.

Cons: Cant think of anything!

Pleasant and value for money stay

Pros: Small , tidy and nice aesthetic and the coffee machine was a huge plus for me. Also the hairdryer was nice not like some fake ones that they use at hotels . Overall was good and nice communication with the host .
