Pros: Exceptionally clean and lovely welcoming staff, booked last minute with 30 minutes notice of us asking if we could check in, Mario was very welcoming and understanding of our need to be checked in with such short notice. Very modern decor, would highly recommend 👌

Pros: Amazing location the facility was close to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, and a subway station while being on a calm and cozy street! A lot of shops, restaurants and grocery stores on the street. Very nice and helpful staff & nice rooms.

Pros: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local areas to visit and willing to help. Marianna was especially helpful. The breakfast was good and delicious cappuccino made for us! Great location, close to attractions and train station.

Pros: Incredible older building in a great location. Comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough for you in the AM.

Cons: Marked walls and paint, black mold under window in bedroom, outside door handle fell off and was never fixed.

Perfect stay and wonderful staff

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Roma Suite Monti. Everything was very clean, they kindly provided a bed for our son, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was varied and fresh. Overall, everything was great, but what stood out the most was their kindness.

A great place to stay in central Rome with good amenities, excellent staff and service and great communication from book

Pros: Conveniently located to reach all the main attractions in Rome and great choices of authentic restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, hospitable, professional and attentive. They dealt with any minor issues promptly. Hotel was very secure with an entry code for the main building, then another entry code for the apartments and then a key for the bedroom. Great having a safe with a key too. Very clean.

Cons: Could be more choices for breakfast but the current choices are still very decent. Toilet was a little loud. But nothing that would deter me from visiting again.

Cons: The noise from garbage trucks and restaurants in the evenings was a bit disturbing. And one strange thing was about WC sanitizer, it made a strange sound each time automatically. At first it was annoying but later you are getting used it)

A fantastic four nights at a nice hotel, with fantastic staff, at a great location!

Pros: The staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived we were looked after and provided invaluable advice about Rome which really helped as it was our first time visiting.

Cons: Trying to locate the hotel was a bit tricky as we had never been to Rome before, but this was not a major issue and was sorted within 5 minutes.
