Great comfortable rooms in the centre of Rome

Pros: The rooms were lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Location was superb, right in the middle of Rome.

Cons: Not a problem for us, but it's quite a heavy entrance door and a flight of stairs.

Cons: If you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs as outside and other apartments make it very noisy in the apartment

Cons: Humidity in the room, no view, we couldn't open the curtains because clients from the bar opposite the appartment could see through the room.

Pros: Amazing location, good communication with the hosts, very cosy room with new stylish furniture and bathroom. An opportunity to leave the luggage after check out. We were impressed. Grazie mille!

Excellent location, beautifully renovated interiors, and a truly comfortable stay.

Pros: The property is located just a 4-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, on a wonderfully lively and pleasant street. Despite this, it was completely quiet at night, and we slept very comfortably. We did a self check-in, which was easy and convenient. The interiors have been completely renovated, and the room and all common areas were super clean and smelled wonderful. The room and bathroom are comfortably sized, and there is also a coffee and tea station as well as a mini fridge in the room. Our room also had a terrace, which we didn’t use since it was winter, but it would be very enjoyable in the summer. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage. David was extremely kind — many thanks to him.

Pros: Excellent location. Nice interior design. Good communication with the staff- they were very nice and made it possible for an early check-in

Cons: The only flaw was the window that didn't close/isolate properly and that made the room a bit chilly. For those sensitive to noises some earplugs might be helpful

Pros: Our stay at the Rubens Spagna was short but very enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city, with many landmarks, restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the area and would definitely choose to stay here again.
