Great room, awesome location. Would recommend and return.

Pros: Great room and facilities, clean and comfy excellent location for walking to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. Quiet room good for a family. They gave us a late check out which helped. Lovely big comfy king bed and two singles.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, not clear what was included. Staff in restaurant opposite sorted us out for check in and check out - they gave us water and sorted extra time which was appreciated as they were busy in the restaurant.

Pros: Our stay at Bocca di Leone Suite was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had such a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. And the location? 10/10. You’re right in the heart of Rome, just steps away from Piazza di Spagna, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Pros: Perfect location, close to everything you would want to see. Very helpful and responsive host.

Cons: The room facing backyard has not so appealing view with some backstages of cafes and a/c outlets, so if you prefer to sleep with window open all the smell from time to time come to your room, but if you use a/c than it is good.

Perfect stay for a family of four

Pros: We travelled with our kids 7 & 3 years old. The room was spacious and provided an area for the kids to sleep and us to sleep too. The staff were helpful even before check in. Providing airport transfer information. The restaurant was so lovely. And the cocktails - Amazing! The staff were lovely with the kids and so helpful making us feel very welcome. We were so close to the Spanish steps, and other shops, restaurants and sites. It was a friendly and luxurious place to stay for our short break in Rome. I would come back again without hesitation.

Excellent location, nice and clean room. Poor breakfast

Pros: Receptionist, Serena was really kind, smiley and helpful. Excellent location, very clean and really well decorated room and shower.

Cons: The size of the room was little small but ok for holidays. Poor breakfast (included in the price,1 croissant, small juice and a small coffee). Our room, the standard one didn't have a good view but again we had natural light and air coming to the room.
