Ancient Rome Apartment

I am very satisfied and will return surely.

Pros: From the moment you enter the building, you get a good impression. First of all, the apartment is very neat, bright and clean. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen appliances and other household goods, as well as coffee, tea, oil, etc., I didn't feel anything lacking. The owner was very quick to respond and help, was accommodating, and also accommodated my request for a 1-2 hour late check-in. I stayed in the house for a few days a month ago on a business trip to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, so the location of the house was very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk to get there.

Cons: The only downside is the lack of an iron, although it was mentioned that there is an iron, fortunately I had a travel iron with me.

Pros: Very convenient apartment. It had everything we needed. Not right in the middle of tourist attractions but also not far. All the sights are easily reachable by bus tram or metro. For us it was a very convenient location, and we found a lot of good restaurants in the area, happy to enjoy restaurants that do not feel « too touristic ».

Cons: The sofa bed made was a bit squeaky but apart from that, all good.

Worth it

Pros: We really loved the location of the apartment – it’s situated in a great residential complex with a 24/7 reception. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, new, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights since we spent most of the time exploring Rome, but we will definitely come back again. The staff was always available and responsive. They sent us clear instructions for self check-in, and when we had trouble with the code late at night, they replied within a minute and helped us immediately. On the day of our arrival, the previous guests had broken the terrace door, so it didn’t close completely, but the hosts informed us in advance and provided an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable during the hot days. This didn’t affect our stay at all, as the apartment still had a very pleasant temperature.

Cons: Before check-out I received a message reminding me that check-out is at 10 a.m. and asking to take out the trash, with the receptionist helping to show where to put it. The message was polite and informative, but I found this request a bit unusual, since the cleaning staff comes after anyway. Maybe it’s just a local system in Italy that I wasn’t familiar with.

Pros: The location is just great. Restaurants/bars/shops are near the apartment and easy to find a parking space. Big balcony and spacious bathroom.

Cons: In the coffee box was no more coffee 😀

Pros: very modern and well equipped/quality apartment with excellent location and very helpfull hosts with excellent communication.

Modern escape in quiet secluded authentic Roman suburb, whilst still close to all major attractions

Pros: Beautiful quiet location with a large private balcony looking over a pristine courtyard, with lots of trees and wildlife. Modern appliances and finishes throughout. Excellent light throughout the property from large openings to the front and rear. Very safe feeling with on-site staff at all hours. Hosts provided excellent instructions in a friendly manner and the tablet was a welcomed guide to each element of the property.

Cons: We would have liked to have had an additional firm pillow as there was only one available. Curtains would have been a nice addition as only automated shutters were available to provide privacy. We felt a little let down by the lack of air-conditioning despite this being advertised. The apartment has underfloor cooling and extraction for humidity control, but not active air-conditioning as typical for properties in Southern Italy. We struggled to drop the temperature inside the apartment below 24.5deg C as a result.

Recommend - just out of the hustle and bustle of a Rome.

Pros: The property was like brand new. It was quiet and a 5min walk to the metro and one stop from the Colosseum. Great restaurants in the area.

Excelent stay

Pros: I was very pleased with this apartment. The location was great, at a 8 min walking from the coliseum. There is a metro station at a 5 min walk distance and several bus stops just nearby. There is a minimarket at a 2min walk distance and several nice restaurants just nearby. The area is quiet and nice. The hosts are highly responsive and really dedicated. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building has a 24 open reception with security, which was great in our case, because we checked in and checked out overnight. Having this support was really great!

Modern, nice appartment that can be recommended.

Pros: Very nice appartment, in a safe and and practical building. The appartment var very modern, and very practical that essentials like sugar, salt, coffe, .. was available when i arrived.

Pros: Within walking distance of main attractions with good local shops nearby. Exceptional apartment with very friendly, helpful hosts.
