Pros: It fit our family tipical Italian apartment we had a great time little walk to the collesium restaurants near the apartment and supermarket.

Perfect Rome trip with our family in this apartment!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, nice area and near to the centrum of Rome! Perfect for families with pharmacy and market 5 minutes away and beautiful little playground across the street. Near restaurants and bus stop. The host was amazing, so helpful and nice, answered very quick and was available 24/7 on What’s app. Our son loved it and didn’t want to go home and we are sure coming back to Ricardo’s apartment in the future.

Pros: Very comfortable and big flat, in a good location, 15 min walking from Circus Maximus and Palatin Hill. The flat was clean, fully equipped with all we needed and we appreciate the coffee capsules and tea. We didnt meet with the host but Riccardo was extremely helpful and considerate and we had a very easy communication. A very good deal, optimal price/quality. Totally recommend it!

Pros: Super place in the heart of Rome, around 10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum and Palatine. Very pleasure meeting, taking care of the little things (little shampoos, tea, coffee and so on). Highly recommend!

Pros: Beautiful clean spacious apartment with good air conditioning. We did nt meet the host but he was more than helpful, kind and responsive before and during our stay. He responded very quickly and kindly to any request we had.

Fair value for money, very good location

Pros: Very good, easy to find location. Spacious apartment which we found suitable for our family of 5. Good amenities and very good communication with the host, who was always a message away. Easy automatic check-in process and very good AC in the entire apartment, which is a must when dealing with the heat. The bottles of water we found in the fridge when checking-in at 11 p.m were much appreciated and a nice touch.

Cons: In one of the bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen there was a distinct smell of mildew, which wasn't horrible or anything, but still something to take into consideration. Also, although the location is more or less central, it is actually situated on a very bush street, which meant a lot of noise until the late hours of the night and very early in the morning (cars, tram etc.). Maybe we are light sleepers, but all 5 of us had this issue, so this is also worth considering. Lastly, the towels were pretty worse for wear, but we brought our own, so not an actual issue for us.
