Pros: So many things to list… Luigi meet us and helped with our luggage not to mention his amazing communication right through the booking process. He gave us a great tour of the apartment and all of its facilities… salt pepper oil sugar water… such small touches that mean so much. Luigi the spent around 20mins walking us through the local area and recommendations for sites food and transport options. The apartment was comfortable had a great kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils good hot water supply, TV and wifi. Nothing else anyone could possible want for. Even some washing capsules for the laundry 🙏

Cons: Small leak onto the floor when using the shower. A bit of outside street noise for those sleeping in the lounge space.

Pros: The apartment is very well located for reaching the popular tourist places. The flat is extremely comfortable, especially for families. The kitchen is well-equipped with enough supplies to easily prepare your meals. The owner, Luigi, is kind and warm. He is very attentive to every detail and to your needs

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: Property was in an excellent location for our short stay in Rome and the airconditioning was a blessing during the hot weather. The host, Luigi, gave a very comprehensive introduction to the apartment and to the city, providing a number of recommendations for local eateries etc We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to stay again.

Cons: Unfortunately there was construction noise from the adjacent heritage site but it didn’t start too early or go too late so was ok as we were generally out during most of the day.

Great location and comfortable apartment!

Pros: Great location in the middle of everything you want to see in Rome. Lots of space for a family of 4. Liked having a dishwasher and washing machine. Only up one short flight of stairs. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked well, even on the really hot days. Host was great at recommending area restaurants, activities, providing a map with suggested routes/stops. Great communication leading up to the reservation and during. Host was quick to respond to any messages.

Cons: There really isn't any good views from the apartment but that is expected when you're in the middle of the city. You're out exploring most of the time anyways.

Pros: Absolutely everything. The location is central to all Rome has to offer. It is a very clean, well looked after apartment. Had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Rome.

Cons: Loved it all!

Pros: The location is just what you need, you can reach a lot of attractions by walking. The restaurants and cafes are very close, 5-10 min by walk. Luigi is a great host, always available, he gave us very useful restaurant recommendations and tips for sightseeing.

Fantastic host and great location.

Pros: Our host was one of the most generous with his welcome and sharing useful information with guests that we have ever experienced. His communication and location and facilities of the apartment were everything we could ask for and we would definitely use this apartment agin if available and managed by Luigi.

Fabulous pad in a central location. Secure, warm and comfortable, and nicely decorated. Perfect for our stay.

Pros: Great location within walking distance of the attractions and close to cafes and restaurants. Helpful host with loads of recommendations.

Cons: Cosy for 4 people using the sofa beds but we knew that when we booked.

A great apartment in a lovely post of Rome.

Pros: Luigi was a very welcoming host with lots of tips for local restaurants and remained contactable throughout the stay. The accommodation was very clean and suited our needs for a family of four. The washing machine was helpful and there were nice touches such as charging ports, coffee machine and hair straightener. The local was safe and quiet but close enough to walk to the main attractions. We loved our stay in Rome.
