Spacious flat in a quiet center of the city.

Pros: Good location in the central but a quiet part of the city, nice view, good wine restaurant downstairs, nice market nearby with fresh vegetables and fruits, cheese, sausages and limoncello, well equipped spacious flat.

Cons: Some items could be added like shampoo, kitchen towel, etc. However some items were provided after asking, so it is fine.

Pros: Awesome location. Very straight forward key retrieval. Spacious lounge. So handy having a full bathroom and a powder room for 4 people.

Bright airy spacious apartment in great location.

Pros: The location was fantastic. The apartment was equipped with just about anything you could ask for. We loved the restaurant right downstairs. Very quiet location.

Cons: We were initially told that we would be met at the apartment at 1300 but when we arrived there on time nobody showed up. Finally messaged them to ask status about 1330. They gave me contact info for someone who was on their way. He would not respond. Finally showed up just before 1400. The mattresses were too firm. Weird noise when air conditioner was on.

Pros: Очень уютная квартира в центре, но подальше от туристической толпы. Большая площадь квартиры, то что нужно дня отдыха с детьми. Все что нужно было в квартире

Pros: Die Größe des Apartments und die Lage waren richtig schön, ruhig und zentral! Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich gleich um die Ecke.

Cons: Wir fanden Haare in der Dusche, nicht alles war sauber. Der WLAN-Code war nirgends in der Wohnung zu finden; auf unsere schriftliche Anfrage deswegen wurde nicht geantwortet. Es fehlte ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche.

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado.Reformado con gusto,también práctico y confortable.

Cons: Todo perfecto,por comentar el sofá cama no era muy cómodo pero son solo unos días,no para vivir!el resto del apartamento lo compensa totalmente

Cuatro días increíbles en familia pateando la Ciudad Eterna

Pros: Pasquale hizo el esfuerzo de acudir antes al Check-in y permitirnos dejar las maletas mientras completaban la limpieza. El apartamento ha sido reformado recientemente y dispone de todas las necesidades para una estancia de este tipo. La localización entre el Trastevere y el Campo di Fiori permite alternar planes y siempre tener la opción de un descanso rápido entre actividades

Cons: Algunos detalles de la reforma quedan pendientes: rodapiés dormitorio, cortinas salón, ganchos para toallas en los baños El impuesto de la Municipalidad podría ir incluido en el cargo

Amazing stay 💎

Pros: We had a nice welcome by Alex, he explained everything to us. The apartment was like on the pictures. Very well equipped. Plus points for the smart Tv, and coffee machine!:) Location was amazing, nice neighborhood. There are good restaurants , grocery-stores and even ice-cream and souvenir shops just in the other corner. We would definitely come back!

Cons: The neighbors were sometimes a little noisy in the building, but it’s out of the apartment’s owner control. So besides that we are really satisfied. :)
