Comfortable b&b in a convenient location and good value for money
Pros: Welcome when we got there was very friendly and provided useful info with a map of all the key places to visit and room was prepared earlier than we expected. The hotel is right in the middle of the action near some great restaurants and the Pantheon and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions. A continental Breakfast was served to the room each morning and offered, toast, croissants, cereal, yoghurts, toaatie, tea or coffee and fruit juices
Cons: The shower took ages to get warm, had to run it for over ten mins each morning for hot water to come out.

We liked the hotel, and probably will stay once again
Pros: Location of the hotel is just perfect, if you want to see all Rome in few days this hotel will be perfect for you.
Cons: We skipped one breakfast because they did not say that you need to fill the form every day. All rest no issues, we are happy with our choice)

Great stay
Pros: Amazing location as you can walk to all of the major attractions. The Panthelon was literally around the corner. The size of the room was perfect for 2 people / a cpl. Bed was very comfortable, and everything that you may need was provided. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend adding the breakfast for convenience. Was served at the requested time to your room, and the menu provided a balanced selection. Really didn't think that as a guest house, that cleaning service was provided but the room was cleaned every day. There was fresh water available (water 'fountain') just adjacent to the entrance, which was super convenient. As there was a heat wave during our stay, the air-conditioning was super needed and made our room temperature comfortable. The pop-up restaurants were crazy. The view in the pictures tell all
Cons: It would've been nice to have a shower separate from the tub but not a deal breaker. It was just awkward with the funky lighting fixture hanging so low over the tub. Although it really doesn't affect your stay and it's just a personal observation, the 'artwork' in the room doesn't suit it at all and just looks off.

Perfect place to sleep whilst exploring Rome.
Pros: The location was excellent, the check-in very easy, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the windows kept out the noise and the breakfast was nice.
Cons: The a/c was a bit erratic so we opened the window instead!

Great location, quirky decor and excellent service for communication and breakfast.
Pros: Quirky but lovely big bed and unusual decor. Fantastic location.
Cons: Not much, a minor issue with sink not draining away but it’s fixed immediately.

One of the best location in Rome we've ever been
Pros: The location was perfect. A few steps to the Pantheon. Plenty of great restaurants just outside the front door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very small but pleasant with a very comfortable bed.
Cons: The bathroom door was damaged and did not close, someone should take care of it. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Paper-thin walls, we could hear our neighbour.

A unique, lovely boutique hotel with fantastic hosts and the location is perfect for all the main tourist spots
Pros: Location is perfect - 150 metres from the Pantheon and plenty of bars and restaurants in the street and piazzas nearby. 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain. 5 mins from bus stops to take us to Colosseum and Vatican. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful - service with a smile at all times, and a lovely breakfast delivered to the room each morning. The room was very clean and comfortable with an aircon unit which we probably couldn’t have slept without in the heat. Triple glazed windows meant that we could shut out the street sounds at night. Lots of nice little touches like toothbrush and toothpaste kits, headboard lamps, shower unit with different shower modes. Not cheap at around £250 per night but the service and the location meant it was money well spent. Would definitely recommend this lovely wee gem in the centre of Rome
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like, it was perfect for our short stay (3 nights)
