Really nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: The place is really nice. We had a room facing inward, so it was quiet and peaceful. The location is amazing. Trevi Fountain is just a short walk away, and the Pantheon is literally a one-minute walk in the other direction. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Communication with the manager was easy, and anything we needed was resolved quickly.

Pros: Staff very friendly. It's around the corner from Pantheon. Between two restaurants. Great spot

Just Brilliant

Pros: Fantastic Location but the room was cleaned everyday and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was fabulous and super safe . 2 main doors to enter the building plus the bedroom door had a 5 bolt super secure lock. The bedroom was so comfortable and fresh . I can’t express enough how great this room was . It had a fridge , coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, shampoo , wifi. Brilliant

Pros: really good location, clean, the host is welcoming, the check in was easy.

Cons: The room facing the street was really noisy in the morning (around 7AM), this might be caused by constructions in the area. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky.

Great location but was noisy at times

Pros: Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location a minutes walk from the Pantheon and about 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants very close by. The rooms were large, but a little basic, but great value and had coffee machines, but no kettle. The shutters were great at shutting out all the light.

Cons: Was difficult to find the property as it is within a residential building tucked between 2 restaurants. It is on the second floor with no lift so not good for those with mobility issues. One room was noisy at night as it was above the restaurants, but midweek the noise stopped about 11pm. The other room was at the back so was quieter. Comfy chairs to relax on would have been nice.

Rome is always a fabulous place!

Pros: I’ve stayed here several times already, and I’ve always been happy to come back! The location is excellent! The room is quite spacious, and if you’re looking for peace and quiet, the one overlooking the inner courtyard is perfect! The hosts can be contacted at any time, which is something I really appreciate. You can easily leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in or have a late departure — very convenient!

Cons: Minor issues with the internet connection.

Pros: We booked two rooms for a business trip. Both rooms were spacious. One of the rooms had no windows, but a small corridor led to a small balcony so we could air the room-this room had no noise pollution at all! The second room had windows over the street, so even though we had fresh air, the noise was a bit annoying, even though the window had triple glass. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was more than satisfying. Patricia was very kind and happy to answer all our questions. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pros: Walking distance to all locations. Beautiful place and it was very comfortable!

If you want to feel the buzz of Rome then stay here.

Pros: This is a great location… for everything. The Pantheon is 100m away at the end of the road. With restaurants below it’s super lively. If you want peace and quiet go somewhere else. That said the room has air con and the windows do a good job of shutting out the noise. You really do feel in the heart of the city. It has everything you need - bathroom, shower, comfortable bed and a smart tv… oh and good WiFi.

Cons: Very little…. Patricia who oversees things is super helpful and there was no pressure to check out at x time… you can leave your bags behind the desk too.
