Brilliant central location

Pros: Yes the host was amazing. He messaged before we arrived with instructions and met us promptly when we arrived to let us in and show us the apartment. He left clear instructions on how to lock up etc.

Great apartment

Pros: Location was excellent, 2 decent size bedrooms. We used sofa bed in living area also. Old style Italian building. Supermarket close by. Easy walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

Cons: Plumbing gave up on last day, otherwise everything else great.

Pros: Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Il ragazzo che ci ha aspettato fuori dall’appartamento è stato molto gentile e ci ha consigliato qualche posto carino dove andare. Noi eravamo due coppie e la presenza di due bagni è stata di grande aiuto (peccato che uno sia dentro una camera, mentre l’altro si trova distante). Ci sono i termosifoni in tutta la casa e questo ci ha permesso di non soffrire il freddo.

Cons: Come indicato nella descrizione l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano ed é faticoso (ma non impossibile) tornare a casa dopo una lunga giornata di camminata e fare tutti quei gradini.

Excelente por donde lo mires

Pros: La ubicación es excelente.... unas 5 cuadras de la Fontana de Trevi, otro poco de Piazza Spagna y a 2 cuadras del metro para conectar con toda Roma en minutos.

Cons: Solo puedo decir que lo negativo es no contar con elevador pero solo es inconveniente con niños o personas mayores.

Muy buena estadía, nos gustó mucho, volveríamos sin dudas, obviando la falta de ascensor.

Pros: El departamento es formidable, es bellísimo, muy cómodo, las habitaciones super grandes y confortables, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para prepararse el desayuno, y usamos el lavarropas también. Muy recomendable si van con amigos, la ubicación es excelente, están a 2 cuadras de la Piazza Spagna.

Cons: Lo único que tengo que señalar es que no es apta para ir con personas mayores ya que no aclaran que hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera y son escalones muy altos, Mi papá de 79 años sufrió bastante las subidas, realmente deberian aclararlo en la descripción que no dispone de ascensor el edificio, pero si son jóvenes o no tienen problemas de movilidad no hay problema.
