The best location in Rome you could imagine.

Pros: Location. Walking distance to Trevi 5min, Spagna 5min, Barberini 5min, Pantheon 10min, Colosseum 20min, Vatican 30min.

Cons: Paid city tax in cash and was promised to receive the receipt on email which hasn’t happened. Dishes and cutlery weren’t clean enough so my wife had to wash them before use.

Wonderful apartment in a superb location. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Pros: The sort of space you want to live in, not just visit. Beautiful apartment, with high, airy ceilings. The tall doors onto the balcony flooded the space with light. All facilities were in great condition.

Cons: Nothing at all, place was perfect.

Pros: The location was super nice, 10-20 minutes walkable from Trevi, Colloseum, Spanish steps. Im in love with Terrace, decent experience living in this house, and feeling Rome vibes.

Cons: The bathroom was not clean, water was accumulating in the faucet pipe, and wasn’t draining properly. It was uncomfortable. A lot of dust.

Pros: A very good location, the property was really clean have everything you need while you stay with a bery friend girl who helped us with check in she was really helpful and so polite. The location is the best you can walk to the most attractions in Rome .

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Sweet Home Crispi in Rome. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with easy access to metro, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

Cons: Shower needs some attention.

We definitely recommend this accommodation for families of 4, a perfect location to enjoy everything Hvar has to offer.

Pros: Amazing location and very helpful both before and during the booking with directions and recommendations for our stay. The outdoor terrace was beautiful for some quiet time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Hvar.

Excellent location and accommodation

Pros: Excellent location. Loved the balcony. Stayed with kids so they could sleep and we could enjoy a drink out there in the evening. Close to metro station. An absolute joy to stay here and a short walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Safe absolutely central location in the heart of Rome. Excellent communications too. Fresh fruits, peach tea and chilled water in the fridge. Coffee pods all ready to go. Towels were fluffy and along with the bedding we're spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Barberini station. So close to everything! House is great, the balcony is so pretty!

Cons: The shower is kinda hard to adjust to the proper temp.

Very good stay

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the most important sights. Very clean and well equipped. It has a small, cute balcony overlooking the shopping street. Armin and her husband were VERY, VERY helpful! The bathroom is a bit small and needs renovation. Also, it needs a few small shelves to put your toiletries on. The bedroom’s window urgently needs curtains because in order to get dressed you have to close the shutters from the outside.

Pros: The apartment was very well located and in the city center. It was fresh and clean, and the size was perfect for four people. There were no issues or complications with receiving the keys – they were there on time and everything went smoothly.
