A gorgeous, comfortable, well-situated apartment

Pros: The apartment was spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was lovely and strong, so appreciated in hot July weather. The bed was large and luxurious - the bathroom was pretty with plenty of storage - the shower pressure was wonderful - we loved the Smart TV - but my favourite thing was the little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The location on Via Sistina was ideal for food, morning walks in the Villa Borghese gardens, and close to the Spanish Steps, Fontana Trevi and shopping! Public transport is easily accessible as well. The building itself is charming, and although there were several other apartments within the building, noise was never an issue. We always felt like we were coming home! I also want to thank our host, who was very responsive and flexible, for helping us check in and out so smoothly in spite of our bizarre travel times.

Cons: You need to be fairly fit to stay here. Lugging your bags up (and down) 4 quite steep flights is no joke! BUT … more steps = more pasta!

Excellent spot in a great location.

Pros: Cannot fault this place. Perfectly clean, well equipped and great location. The stairs were a workout to the third floor but we managed without a lift. Hosts were very responsive and engaged. Thank you.

Pros: EVERYTHING! It was so top tier. I actually loved living at this place. The hosts were extremely friendly as well.

Cons: If you have a number of suitcases, just ask for assistance because you do have to take a number of stairs.

Cons: Il faut être en forme pour monter les 4 étages ! Mais nous le savions avant d'arriver .Manque d'équipement pour la cuisine et de linges à récurer .

A lovely and comfortable 3rd (4th) floor apartment in a fabulous location

Pros: Open and roomy. Fabulous location a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and more. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Gracious and responsive host. Large bathroom. Good kitchen and equipment.

Cons: Third foot property means fourth floor. Not that easy in your 80s. Trash was hard as there were no extra trash bags. All vacation homes are somewhat different when it comes to linens. It seems a change of towels might not be unreasonable every two or three days for a seven night stay since there is no way to wash towels.

Ich kann das Apartment zu 100% empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Vermieter waren laufend in Kontakt mit uns. Sie haben nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Wir kamen sehr verspätet am Abend an - hat alles trotzdem super geklappt. Das Apartment ist super zentral - gleich in der Nähe der spanischen Treppe. Direkt neben dem Apartment ist ein kleiner Laden für Wasser - was auch sehr praktisch war.

Cons: Die Koffer in den obersten Stock schleppen müssen. Dies sollte bedacht werden, das Haus hat keinen Lift. Wenn jemand eine Beeinträchtigung hat oder nicht mehr Trittsicher ist könnte das ein bisschen mühsam sein.

The apartment in central Rome was perfect for exploring, and the terrace offered stunning views :)

Pros: I had such an amazing stay at this apartment in the center of Rome! The location couldn’t be better—everything is right there, and it made exploring the city so easy. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, but the real standout was the terrace. We spent so much time out there enjoying the views and soaking in the Roman atmosphere. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but honestly, it’s worth it for the experience. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome.
