Nice and spacious, comfortable and convenient location. Good communication from the staff.

Pros: Very convenient location, walking distance to all the attractions, lots of restaurants in the area as it is in the centre of Rome. Public transport is close by. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Communication from the owner is good, fast response.

Cons: The lift does not always work, but it is only on level 1

Pros: 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Most sights are in walking range, the Pantheon for example is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Check in was uncomplicated, we would definetely recommend a stay here.

in general good but service require some improwements

Pros: exellent locaton, walking distance to many tourist attractiobs, 2 subway stations within 400 m, plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity, cleaness, lay out of the apartment, well equiped kitchen

Cons: Slow reaction from the host, and problem with getting in after arrival. Even though we warned in advance there was no instruction how to get into the apartment. Only after calling to the host, while standing outside, and wairting for 30 min, a guy with a key came on motorcicle and open the door. He could not explain anything as english was not his strongest side. Dont want to picky but windows in the apartment are not soundproof therefore a little noisy, No toileters were provided so we were told to buy it ourself. English seems to be an issue so we were force to learn some italian :-)

Pros: Najlepsza lokalizacja w Rzymie, jest bezpiecznie i wszędzie blisko. Byliśmy w lutym i w mieszkaniu było bardzo ciepło, jest ogrzewanie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Dziękujemy bardzo za cudowny pobyt🤍

Väldigt bra!

Pros: Läget var fantastiskt. Rummen stora och fina och sängarna riktigt sköna. Två rejäla badrum. Passar verkligen en familj med tonårsbarn.

Cons: Var väldigt dålig ljudisolering gentemot vägen utanför.

Roma magica e l’appartamento è stato molto più dell’aspettativa.

Pros: Arredamento nuovo, attrezzato con tutti i comfort e pulizia eccezionale. Disponibilità e cortesia dell’host ad ogni mia domanda. Ringrazio per aver reso perfetta la nostra permanenza anche se breve.

Cons: Nulla. Tutto perfetto.
