Wonderful stay in a perfect location with very kind and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Pros: What did you like about the property? The hosts were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos and was spotless and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Nice one bed apartment, metres from the Spanish Steps.

Pros: It's pretty roomy overall, great location, great natural light, good facilities, very very quiet inside that you cannot hear anything from outside, great airconditioning with two units.

Cons: The mattress on the main bed was not that comfortable but not the worst I have seen travelling in Italy. The shower recess is tiny so not great if you're on the larger side. Would be nice to have more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Not too bad overall, just annoying.

Great hosts, location and clean!!

Pros: It was in the city center but in a less crowded neighborhood so it was perfect!!

Cons: We would prefer a bigger shower

Pros: Warm (important in winter) and quiet apartments with a convenient location. The owner promptly comes to the rescue and solves problems.

Cons: The white sofa, the white walls are pretty tired. The kitchen utensils should be updated. There were several problems during the stay: the door did not open upon check-in, the Wi-Fi was turned off, and the boiler was out of order. At the same time, the owner helped to resolve the problems as soon as possible, for which we are very grateful.

Posizione fantastica

Pros: Posizione ottimale vicina a Spagna e al centro. Struttura accogliente e staff gentilissimo. Mi hanno risolto un problema verificatosi. Letto e cuscini molto comodi.

Cons: Le foto non rendono molto la realtà. La casa è più piccola da come appare in foto e il bagno un po’ datato. La maniglia del bagno era rotta e il pavimento lesionato. La casa è buia ma per chi deve soggiornare pochi giorni per motivi turistici è cosa superabile perché la posizione supera il tutto. C’è una rampa di scale per salire al piano della stanza.

Klimatyczne miejsce w sercu Rzymu!

Pros: To klimatyczne, typowo rzymskie mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji blisko najważniejszych miejsc, trochę starsze i bardziej zużyte niż na zdjęciach, ale z bardzo sprawnym kontaktem przez WhatsApp i pomocnym personelem, dlatego mimo minusów pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany, choć nie idealny.

Cons: Apartament był starszy i bardziej zużyty niż sugerowały zdjęcia, co lekko obniżało ogólne wrażenie.

Pros: В центрі міста. Дуже зручно дійти до всіх туристичних локацій. Поруч гарний продуктовий магазин і багато кафе. Квартира тиха. Не велика.

Cons: Праску принесли через день, але це був форс мажор напевно В квартирі болер, і в душі вона з перепадами температури. Але не критично, пральна машина є, але одяг посушити не буде де.

Pros: Bien ubicado . Súper atención, aunque sea x WhatsApp.

Great location, plenty of space to relax…would def book again

Struttura ricettiva in bellissima zona di Roma

Pros: Posizione centralissima direttamente davanti al teatro Sistina e pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza di Spagna. Staff molto gentile e disponibile
