Crispi 30 Stylish Apartment

Amazong location

Pros: Location is in the heart of Rome, you can walk to anywhere you want, owner of the house helps you with everything, beds are super comfortablle and clean.

Cons: Everything

Pros: Great service! We had trouble with the wifi(turned out it was our fault, my son unplugged the router to charge his phone). Our host replied within minutes and helped me figure it out. Incredible location!

Cons: Nothing. My son goes to college in Rome and this is my favorite apartment to rent.

Pros: The location was wonderful, very central and hood accessible to metro and nice walking neighbourhood. Functional and comfortable property with very straightforward accessibility and very clean on entry . Bode really. Indy and lively pillows and linen. We both had great sleeps. Bedroom very quiet, the living room not so. Owner VERY responsive every time we needed him. 10/10

Cons: I’m a commercial Property operator and as such I’m probably a little more “detail” than is healthy , but first impression was great. One of the chairs had already been cracked which we discovered immediately on arrival. I did report straight away and set it aside, the owner was thankful and responded immediately , saying he was aware. This would have been removed by our company as some guests are litigious and would cite as an accident avoidable(but that’s not-picking I know! ) however it did make me immediately do an inventory and photograph. The smell of damp always alarms me but again it’s a from to back property with airflow only at either end and the can be expected u fortunately. For a short stay it wasn’t an issue for us. Sadly however the issue meant a curtain rail collapsed due to the instability of the fixing into the plaster so I simply wedged it onto the door jamb-again, didn’t affect the light ingress as not a bright room. There was also black mould in the bathroom ceiling which again we reported and immediately responded, unfortunately they had raised with the cleaner so made note that they’d be talking to them. However I would have sent someone around to rectify asap as those with respiratory issues won’t have faired well. There is a tiny air window hatch which perhaps guests should be alerted to open when using the shower etc as this is almost certainly the reason there is a mould issue. Either way, guests should never have to ask for this to be dealt with. Both myself and my friend also had annoying issues with the shower head, as lovely as the shower is, falling off the fixing when pressure raised. Meant I limped around Rome with a sore and bruised set of right toes as it’s heavy and ceramic/metal. I would prefix lower to accommodate the movement. Checked each time and thankfully the ceramic didn’t crack. In amount to kite of guests are going to use the bed in the main living room, it’s noisy with street activity.

A nice place to stay, great location and staff

Pros: Heaps of coffee and body wash etc which isn’t always the case at other accommodation. The staff and location were great.

Good

Pros: Good location, central, near Trevi Fountain. Very good response and prompt service- they asked how we were and promptly got us toilet paper when we ran out. Nice that bath robe and bedroom slippers were provided.

Cons: Had problems with WiFi signal in parts of the apartment ie. bedroom

Great location

Pros: Location of the apartment is perfect. In walking distance of most of the highlights in Rome. The host Davide is very reactive and helpfull. Apartment is very clean and has comfortable beds.

Cons: The bedroom in the back of the apartment has a window which overlooks a small courtyard which is used as a smoking area by the neighbour. Therefor we did not open the window and had no fresh air. The bathroom is located in the bedroom. So if you share the apartment with friends you have to enter their bedroom to enter the bathroom. Also there is a nasty, musty smell in the apartment.

Pros: Extremely close to some of the main attractions of Rome, lovely apartment, and the host made sure we arrived okay and assisted with transport arrangements to the airport on departure. I would stay again! Great experience with such a perfectly located apartment.

Short but perfett vacation at Spanish Steps

Pros: This apartment has got a really perfect location cause you stay just 2 minutes away from Spanish Steps, Via Veneto and Fontana di Trevi. It's clean, elegant and comfortable with alla facilities you need: top quality soap and shower gel, nespresso machine, antique furniture, Smart TV, Netlix, high speed Wi-Fi Davide is a very goo host, respensive and with fast response.... thank you Davide for letting us feel home!

Pros: The location is perfect because you’re only two steps away from Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese ecc. The apartment is spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen, many towels and bath-robes, coffee machine The owner is very polite, very helpful and friendly and always prompt to satisfy every request! We will come back for sure on our next trip to Rome!
