GREGORIANA HOUSE - Appartamento con Vista su Roma

Pros: Excellent location, in the city center but in a calm street. The apartment had everything we needed, it was extremely clean and the showers were great. We also asked to have 5 individual beds and this was arranged without any problem. We loved our stay here! Highly recommended.

Cons: Only a minor detail, but some of the heaters are connected to central heating so they cannot be turned off. It gets quite warm in the apartment, though this is quickly solved by opening the windows.

Place and location is fantastic close to everything

Pros: Plenty of space, 2 large separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms very close to tourist attractions and 5 minute walk to Metro 😁👍

Cons: Lock on door was hard to use but everything else was great

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location; central to so many things. Pamela, who met us was lovely. The treats she left were appreciated. The ac was perfectly splendid, and it works and cools like North American ac, thankfully! We felt very safe in the location; even when we left for a couple of nights to go to Florence. If I had to say one thing, the one shower, in the main bathroom was weird, but as a family of three, we just used the other shower. It's really a great apartment, and HUGE.

I'd highly recommend this apartment. It was a great base for a fantastic holiday.

Pros: Pamela, who met us at the apartment was friendly and helpful. She was at hand to respond to any questions or queries and was very patient with my attempts at speaking Italian. The apartment itself was beautiful and in perfect location. It was traditionally decorated, which made it really feel like being immersed in the local cultue. The air conditioning was most welcome. The host provided extension leads and adaptor plugs and left a welcome gift of juice and croissants.

Cons: The plumbing in one of the bathrooms wasn't great, which resulted in poor water heat and pressure. However, the other shower was fine.

Pros: Everything about the space was amazing. Great location. Large enough to fit 6 people comfortably. Walking distance to attractions and metro. Would go back the next time I'm in Rome.

Cons: Not the appartments fault but it is very noisy at night and early morning due to bar across the street and garbage pick up. We did manage to sleep okay.

Strongly recommend his unit

Pros: Owner was kind to let us check out slightly later as our flight timing was at 3pm. Definitely appreciate that. Unit was comfortable for 7 of us.
