Pros: Location was perfect, close to the metro and within walking distance to all major attractions. The Apartment is modern and tastefully decorated with ample space to lounge around and relax. A big Thank You to our host Tommaso who was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs during our stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was super convenient, and the apartment was very clean and matched the pictures found online. The heating worked well which was needed in February. The staff was very friendly too and the grocery store downstairs a nice bonus.

Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the sound of the downstairs store’s(?) trolleys or carts in the early hours of the morning and if you’re a light sleeper, the sounds might disturb you. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to the second story, but it’s not a big issue if you don’t have a disability. The listing didn’t mention a cot for a baby and the lack of one was confirmed to us when we double checked, so our baby slept in a makeshift bed for the first night. That’s why we were a bit surprised to find a nearly brand new travel cot in the coat closet on our second day.

Pros: The location of the apartment is very good, everything is within walking distance. Metro 5 minutes away.

Cons: there are shops under the flat. therefore too much noise coming early in the morning. this can only comment as negative

Cons: If we have to point out any improvements, but if we could choose we would prefer a bit more comfortable mattresses and pillows (except for the master bedroom). That said we had no problems to get a nice sleep.

Ideal location

Pros: Excellent location 2 minutes from Spanish Steps with ideal facilities for a family. Quick to answer any questions on booking. Would stay again.

Appartement très bien situé où l’on peut se sentir comme à la maison

Pros: L’emplacement est idéal et les équipements de l’appartement comme la machine à laver, lave vaisselle sont très appréciables. On se sent comme chez nous avec un plus pour les détails basiques qui simplifient le séjour (sel, huile, café, produits d’entretien) c’est top! La disponibilité et la réactivité des interlocuteurs via la messagerie mail ou WhatsApp est très appréciable également

Cons: Le lit superposé n’est pas utilisable pour celui du haut car trop peu stable et le carrelage au sol est un peu dangereux car coupant si on marche pieds nus
