The perfect apartment and location!
Pros: The location of this apartment is excellent, right on the corner of the street you can see the Colosseum! The atmosphere is wonderful, with a real Italian style. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets and towels are very clean.

Een zeer aangenaam, rustig en centraal verblijf in Rome met een correcte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros: De digitale toegang werkte vlot en het contact met de host verliep correct via berichten. De ligging is uitstekend: zeer centraal, waardoor je Rome perfect te voet kan ontdekken. Het appartement is zeer net, proper, rustig en groot genoeg om comfortabel met 4 personen te verblijven, in een veilige buurt.
Cons: Voor grotere personen zijn het bed en de douche wat aan de krappe kant en ook de zetel in de woonkamer is vrij klein. Het keukenmateriaal (servies, wijnglazen, keukenhanddoeken) mag iets uitgebreider en een extra sfeerlampje zou de leefruimte gezelliger maken.

Lovely spot in the heart of Rome
Pros: The building was very nice and the apartment was very spacious. We were glad to have all necessary items provided and to have everything in working order.
Cons: The apartment was not clean at check in time. We were able to drop off our bags but had to go out for a bit before it was ready.

Amazing location and high end, but apartment could be better prepared.
Pros: The best part of this apartment is the location — you can see the Colosseum from the street corner, and there are tons of food options within easy walking distance. Inside, each of the three rooms had its own AC unit, which made the stay much more comfortable. The hardwood floors looked nice, the building itself felt secure with solid locking doors, and the check-in process was fairly easy (though it would have been even better if it could be completed online). The apartment also had strong water pressure with plenty of hot water, plus the convenience of a washing machine and a small fridge. Overall the apartment was well kept and we enjoyed staying here.
Cons: That said, there were some downsides that should be noted. The apartment is advertised as accommodating six people, but we were only provided with two bath towels and a single bed sheet. There were no extra linens available, which made it uncomfortable for multiple guests. The main bed is only a full size, and the pull-out bed couldn’t be used because there was no bedding for it. The shower was also extremely small — about the size of a phone booth or airplane bathroom — we struggled to shower comfortably. Finally, although the apartment has a lot of built-in storage, most of it was filled with leftover personal items, like empty designer shoe boxes. It didn’t feel fully cleaned out, which made it uninviting to unpack our belongings. Overall, the location is fantastic and the apartment offers some solid basics, but the lack of proper linens, very cramped shower, and cluttered storage took away from the overall experience. With better preparation and attention to details, this could be a much more comfortable rental.
