Quiet, clean, responsive.
Pros: The bed is comfortable, the couch is Ok. The place is quiet (except when the trash is picked up at 3 in the morning). The hosts are very responsive. The location is great for visiting the Colosseum and Foro Romano.
Cons: We notified the host of our arrival time but he was half an hour late, performing another check-in elsewhere. He did send instructions so we could enter the apartment on our own instead of waiting in the heat. The toilet seat was broken. After a call, however, the host replaced it with a sturdy one.

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing. You’re 2 seconds away from a view of the Colosseum and a 5 minute walk from both the Colosseum and Trevi. Was slightly difficult to find in the dark but Alessandro sent over some fantastic videos that were easy to follow. Room was incredibly clean with everything you could possibly need. Bed was super comfy AC is amazing we actually had to turn it off due to getting too cold. Despite being in central Rome it’s very quiet at night. Theres 2/3 fantastic cafes, restaurants and bars within a minute or two walk. The next time we come to Rome we will 100% be staying here again. I was bitten really bad by the mosquitoes the night before we came to Rome, I text Alessandro and he went out of his way to get me the products to treat and prevent further bites. 10/10!!
Cons: Advertised as having private parking under the building however this was unavailable for us. Fortunately we were able to park right outside the front door.

Close to Everything you want to discover in Rome + cafe and pizza nearby + large clean apartment
Pros: Large apartment and quiet. OMG so close to the Colosseum. Going for sunrise photos and enjoying the stillness was so easy. Then heading back to apartment via the cafe LaLicata for cappuccino and view of colosseum at the end of the road. Amazing. Trevi and Steps and the wonderful Pantheon easy walking distance.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, really bright and suitable for a family of four(with young children) it is exactly as you see in the pictures listed, adequately clean and the location is very good just a few minutes from the colosseum and in walkable distance from the other attractions. We are generally very happy with our stay. Alessandro is a great host who helped us with everything we asked for promptly!
Cons: The only thing I would add is another set of towels as there was just one set for each of us. But it was not such a hustle

Brilliant location and well equipped apartment - recommended.
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Monti, very close to the Colosseum and walking distance to so many other Roman attractions. Great and responsive communication from Alessandro the host. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 adults and our two teenage daughters.
Cons: If I'm being pedantic the pillows weren't that comfortable but everything else was great.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro’s flat in Rome! The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located—just a 15-minute walk from Roma Termini and 10 minutes from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. It’s also surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and mini-markets, making everything easily accessible. Alessandro was an amazing host—super helpful and responsive. He provided us with great tips on routes, local cafes, and safety, and patiently answered all our questions. His insights made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, good place - comfortable and welcoming host - highly recommend
Pros: Great location - Colosseum literally at the end of the road. On the road /surround road there were a no. Of great places to eat Al42, Alle Carette, plus there a few local shops too. Great to have the kitchen too (with coffee machine - a winner!) and the apartment was comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. Very friendly and helpful owner sharing tips on things to do (other than the norm) and wider hints and tips.

Perfect apartment in Roma 10/10👍🏽
Pros: The location is very good. Couple minutes near to Colosseo, bars, restaurants, supermarket. We were very happy with the host, very very helpful host. The furniture, bathroom and kitchen was perfect too. Sleeping bed big and clean. Happy with this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean and has all facilities you need. It is located a 5-minute walk distance from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia. The area is very calm and quiet. Alessandro is great! He is so kind, helpful and hospitable and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much Alessandro. I hope to come back soon 😊
