The perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: I loved this place and the host, Susi, was really helpful. It took me some time to choose a place to book in Rome, but I could not have chosen better. Thanks! The apartment was cozy and warm, very central and it had everything we need. Susi was very helpful.

Great apartment for big family, good location.

Pros: Good location (10-20 min to most everything), very caring host, apartment clean, well equipped: kitchen, wash machine, tv, etc. Great size for our family of 5. Near many good restaurants (all) and shops (we recommended Pam Local).

Best customer service

Pros: The customer service was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. The apartment was mostly clean. I'm sure if I had brought up the accommodation issues with staff, it would have been taken care of, but being on holidays we didn't want to waste any time. We preferred to go out and see the city.

Cons: The bathroom is very small and narrow. Parts of the bathroom had mould and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The top bunk rail wasn't stable, so one of our kids had to sleep with us. I feel the price could be more reasonable based on these factors. But that said accomodation in Italy is generally overpriced for what you get.

Overall it's excellent value for its location and the price we paid.

Pros: The location is excellent as it's within walking distance from Roma Termini.

Cons: A few minor issues: The main door was hard to open; instructions could have been provided initially without us having to contact the host. One toilet roll is not enough for a stay of 4 nights for 5 persons! The master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable as it's not flat.

Place to stay at in Rome!

Pros: Amazing location, very nice place and amazing host who was always ready to help

Cons: Actually everything was perfect, maybe the only small thing was the missing A/C in the kitchen but that was only bothering us if we closed the corridor doors leading to bedrooms which (both) had A/Cs

Pros: This property was easy to find and close to Collessium. The host was in contact before our arrival and facilitated our check-in. The property was very clean and had everything we would need. It was worth the price.
