Great stay, shame we had to leave early due to a train strike but can highly recommend.

Pros: Fantastic location, near to everything, really good facilities, clean.

Cons: Is at the top of the building, three flights and no lift.

Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

Pros: We booked the flat for 2 nights for 4 adults and 2 children. The flat was in a great condition and it had everything we needed (as advertised). The location is great - walking distance to many of the most popular sights, but also close to bus stops and the metro. The host Michele was responsive and very helpful. The only things you might want to consider before booking are that it is on the third floor with no lift and that the shower head is stationary and the shower cabin is relatively small. These are not an issue for most people but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Pros: The location was amazing! So central and very quiet (apart from some building work outside). Staff came immediately when we informed them that the shower was blocked and it was fixed straight away, also they were super helpful for our late check in.

Cons: Some mould on ceiling in bathroom

Pros: The apartment is situated literally 10 minutes on foot from the Colosseum. It was spotless clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 5 people. Great communication with the owner/manager and Michele who did our check-in. Great location - we could explore Roma on foot. Lovely restaurants, bistros and supermarkets only a few dozen meters away.

Great accommodation close to attractions and food

Pros: Michael was great, offering lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. It was very easy to communicate with him after we became delayed to check in. The apartment was clean and conveniently located and as pictured. AC worked well.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the temperature inside is around 20 C but that s because the Italian legal law, but in a few days we get used to it.

Pros: Location is just perfect. Apartments are comfortable, everything that is needed for short stay is available.

Pros: The location is quite close to the Colosseum and other city sights and a 15-minute walk from the main station. The apartment has two fairly comfortable bedrooms, a solid living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The 5 of us arranged ourselves quite well in the apartment. The beds are super comfortable and allow a great sleep after walking around Rome all day. Rome is a really impressive city and I recommend everyone to take at least 5 days, the more the better. We managed to see the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel through the agency City Lights Tours citylightstours.com (recommendation). Also, we saw the Pantheon, Zoological Garden, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia and a lot more that opened up along the way. I recommend the hop-on hop-off bus too. Enjoy!

Cons: The heating did not work well, but our kind host got us two additional heaters to warm our bodies. And an excellent Italian wine took care of warming the soul :-). So, we were completely fine :-). Also, the space of the shower cabin is quite small and there is only one shower head positioned above. At first, it was difficult to take a shower without getting my hair wet, but after a few times, I managed to keep my head dry (the shower head can be turned during the shower and thus avoid wetting my head). All that mentioned are little things, all in all, the apartment is great. Enjoy!
