Colosseum Charming Apartment

Pros: Great and friendly service, well equipped and perfect location.

Cons: There was a faint smell from the bathroom and a bit difficult to get rid of the humidity (probably the season).

Pros: Fantastic location, just out of the hustle of busy city streets but a stones throw away from key locations such as Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum etc. Spacious and quiet, kitchenette well stocked and comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower with good water pressure and easy to access with code on main courtyard door and key.

Cons: A couple of things that need some maintenance but did not impact our stay.

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location. Sebastian communicated well with us and made our stay extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars all the way!

Great location and host, but mold and humidity issues were a major drawback.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great, with easy access to everything and plenty of restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals without any issues. Additionally, communication with the host was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive, letting us check in a bit earlier. He also provided a space for us to store our luggage after check-out. It was a very pleasant experience, and I definitely recommend this place!

Cons: Unfortunately, our experience in the apartment was significantly affected by serious mold issues. There was a strong smell of humidity, especially in the bedroom and bathrooms, and during our stay, the mold in the bathroom seemed to worsen, which was quite concerning. This was the most bothersome and worrisome aspect of our stay.

Ubicación inmejorable, súper cerca de todo y sin ruido .

Pros: Ubicación perfecta,limpio. Camas cómodas . Anfitrión atento a cualquier duda.

Cons: Algo de olor en el baño al usar el lavabo o la ducha. Quizás en la cocina echo de menos una tostadora para poder desayunar y microondas,somos españoles y estamos acostumbrados a esos desayunos , de todas formas tampoco hemos encontrado panaderías cercanas para el pan. Y una tele… para desconectar antes de dormir, después de un día aprovechado al máximo .

Pros: Apartament w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Wygodne materace, sporo miejsca w pokojach. Na wyposażeniu suszarka, żelazko, kosmetyki, ręczniki.

Cons: Brakuje czajnika elektrycznego. Faktycznie od czasu do czasu pojawiał się nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki. Apartament już ma swoje lata.

Very nice stay.

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent-just a 6-minute walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Check-in was easy, and the space was both spacious, comfortable and spotless. The best part, however was the host, Sebastian. He was very thoughtful, considerate and very responsive. Since we were arriving quite late, he shared his phone number and told us to call if we needed anything. Even the next da, he checked in to make sure everything was OK and if we needed any help.

Pros: Locatie is super en het is een fijn appartement, heerlijk rustig. De host heeft halverwege ons verblijf geïnformeerd of alles naar wens was, erg fijn. Alles is netjes en de binnenplaats vond ik een cadeautje om de dag af te sluiten.

Cons: Bed was voor mij te hard, het mag iets zachter. Dit is heel goed met een topper op te oplossen en ik raad het aan. De slaapbank heeft zijn toegevoegde waarde laten zien!

Séjour très agréable, à renouveler.

Pros: Bien situé dans le centre de Rome. De nombreux restaurants à proximité ainsi que de petits commerces.

Cons: Manque de luminosité.

Pros: La ubicación y que dentro del apartamento no se escuchaba nada de la calle

Cons: No había microondas ni tostadora ni fregona
