Great stay in a convenient location

Pros: Great location close to the Vatican City and the subway. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and easy to contact. I recommend this place for a short stay of a few days

Cons: The only minor downside was the soundproofing. One evening there was some noise from the corridor, but it did not affect my overall very positive experience.

Pros: The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican which is a 5min walk straight to the bottom of the street. Located in the Prati district it’s close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Property owners are very helpful and always on hand for any problem that may arise.

Pros: Location, staff and it was clean. The staff was also very responsive, guided us through and also we kept the luggage on the property

Pros: Close to metro station to termini or main attraction. About 10 min walk to Vatican. The room is located in an old building very well maintained. You must try the paninni/pizza/biscoti from ifizio forno artigianali.

Cons: Everything was good for a one night stay.

Excellent price performance

Pros: The location was excellent, downstairs were coffee places where to have excellent breakfast or cocktails and food in the daytime or evening. Walkable distance to Vatican, few meters metro stations, all around shops, bars. We also walked till Colosseum and Fontain di Trevi, all main culture places were nearby (+/- 5km). The staff was very helpful and kind, it was easy to reach the place according to given instructions.

I would recommend it to my friends.

Pros: Very good location in the centre of Vatican! Easy to get to the public transport. The apartment was very clean. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons: WiFi is not very good. We didn’t have blankets and were a little bit cold. However, none of these factors seriously affected our stay.

When we come back to Rome, we will gladly stay there again.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay there. The room is small but really nice, bright, clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning service is very reliable. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the metro. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Communication was smooth—the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was pretty unstable and not really reliable most of the time.
