Urban Vatican Rooms

Very nice

Pros: Location: Situated in a commercial district with an excellent position, adjacent to the metro station and convenient access to the train station. There is a direct airport bus stop not far away. It's also close to the Vatican, about a 10-minute walk away. Very clean. The hotel responds to messages very quickly and provides timely feedback on any issues raised.

Cons: No luggage storage available. It would be perfect if luggage storage were offered.

Amazing room and location.

Pros: The room was very spacious with a great size shower room too, location was perfect for a short walk to the Vatican City and a metro station right outside. A real high quality room with a top location to match, highly recommended.

Pros: Our stay was amazing! We loved that the host has gone out of his way to accomodate our early arrival and welcome us in a prepared room. The apartment was very clean, and we loved that it is completely modernised so it suited us perfectly. We chose it for proximity to the Vatican City and we were not dissapointed! We reccommend it highly!

Really lovely short stay in Rome.

Pros: Francesco was very friendly and happy to advise where possible. We were allowed an early check-in on short notice, this was greatly appreciated. The air conditioning is great, especially after a long and hot day in Rome. The property is located next to a metro train station and very close to the Vatican.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, good location next to the metro station. You can get to anywhere in the city easily.

Easy access comfort

Pros: Amazing location - short walk to the Vatican and the Ottavanio metro stop is on its doorstep. There is a mini market right below and tons of takeaway/restaurant options. Access was easy and well signposted inside. The bed was huge. Also, the shower was incredible and the TV was great for a couple of evenings resting tired feet.

Cons: Coffee maker wasn't clear to us and had this thing floating in the water compartment which I wasn't sure was a cleaning element or what. We just didn't use it and I forgot to message the owner. Maybe put a little note out explaining how to use or add to vikey info? The courtyard outside was a little noisy and the upstairs neighbour was extremely loud, not sure if it was a local or another tourist in holiday accommodation.

Convenient and comfortable - perfect for our needs!

Pros: Was perfect for our requirements - new, spotless, location (metro, Vatican, Foro Italico), and most importantly double glazed windows to perfection! The daily cleaning was a pleasant surprise. Super impressed really with everything. The electronic Vikey was new and a bit glitchy the first time (we are told about it in advance) but then it was all good. Host, Francesco is super responsive so all in all the apartments/rooms are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Cons: Honestly, nothing!

Very comfortable rooms on perfect location

Pros: Location is perfect, few steps from metro station Ottaviano. The room is acctualy a bedroom plus a living room with a kitchenette, good enough for easy breakfast. The windows are soundproof so the street noise is at minimum. Bathroom was clean with spacious shower. Room cleaning was every day, towels changed every other day.

Pros: Everything was awesome - easy check-in and stay without keys, clean apartment with daily cleaning like in hotel, subway right near the building door. I’d love to stay here again.

Cons: Nothing, it exceeded all expectations
