Pros: We were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent — right next to the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great, very friendly and helpful. We were also able to check in earlier and check out later without any problems, which made sightseeing much more convenient. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Cons: The hotel is very different from the usual hotels in Rome of this level.. It is more like a rental apartment but without the usual conditions of a rental apartment.. A room of four rooms with a shared kitchen and a shared refrigerator. The cleanliness of the room in which we lived leaves much to be desired.. Dirty parquet, cobwebs, dirty blinds, rust on the shower stall, the shower itself is moldy from water. We stayed in this place for a week, no one changed our bed linen or made our bed during the week. Towels were changed once, garbage was raised twice.. Breakfast was not really breakfast, coffee and croissant in the coffee shop across the street.

Pros: We could only recommend! The location is absolutely the top for visits of Vatican and also discovering Roma (metro is really 1minute walk). Thank you

Pros: The apartment was cozy, nice and clean, and it is near the attractions which is great (especially Vatican) We had a warm welcome and the host was great and really nice! I hope we'll stay here again when we come back :)

Pros: Possibilité de petit déjeuner au café à côté, très positif. Appartement très bien placé pour Rome et Vatican. À côté du métro. Très bien équipé. Je conseille.

Pros: Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny, przyjął nas jak przyjaciół. Bez problemów przy wcześniejszym zameldowaniu i późniejszym wymeldowaniu, mogliśmy bezpiecznie pozostawić walizki. Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Śniadania w pobliskiej kafejce, bardzo dobra kawa i croissand. Wokół pełno lokalnych sklepików, gdzie bez problemów kupisz niezbędne świeże produkty.
