Pros: Location is great, the room is large and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I had tea bags and candies in the room. Great shower!
Cons: you couldn't really look outside the window because being at the ground floor you are close to the street and people would almost be able to look inside.

Nice room in the heart of Rome
Pros: Nice, comfortable and quiet room close to the metro (Ottaviano) and the bus stations, and only 10 minutes walk from the Saint Peter's Basilica and the Castel Sant' Angelo. Giulia is a very kind and helpful host, she was really nice, thanks for her. This is a small guesthouse (3 rooms) at the first floor (just few steps up) with new and good windows, when you close them the room is totally quiet. There are typical Italian shutter on the windows, so you can sleep in dark :) In the room you can find coffee machine with coffee, kettle and tea filters and some small snacks. These were lifesaver for us :) You can find so many bars, restaurants at the neighbourhood, and places to have breakfast. our favourite was the Caffetteria Ruberto. If you don't want to choose a big hotel, but you need a comfortable, clean and fully equipped room, you can book a room here, I can heartily recommend.

Everything perfect!
Pros: Very friendly welcome and very comfortable room just about Vatican. Nearby a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. Very calm, safe and peaceful surroundings. The room was large, spacious, clean and well-equipped (there is a small fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, a set of snacks, glasses, etc.). Giulia is a very helpful host who cares about the comfort of her guests. Easy check in and check out.

Nice apartment near Vatican
Pros: Nice, clean, cozy place, with all amenities we needed. Guilia was very kind and helpful, communicate very well (better than all places we stayed). She made us feel at home.

It’s like home
Pros: All. It was the best choice I could make. Giulia and her mom were amazing. It is comfortable, even the room is very big, it is so well placed near to Vatican City and train and Buses stations. But the best of this place is Giulia, the owner, she was amazing, always concerned about everything. Definitely, I felt as Home.

Overall it was a great stay!
Pros: Guilia was very helpful and kind. She left us treats in our room and answered all our questions.
Cons: The listing indicated that there would be a toaster, however it was not there. The network was down the last day and a half during our trip which made it difficult; Guilia was kind enough to help us as best as she could.

Great host, great location, comfortable stay
Pros: Super friendly and helpful host (Giulia), location is brilliant- walking distance to all major attractions with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. The street was surprisingly quiet at night, considering it is quite central to a lot of tourist areas.
