A very enjoyable stay in Rome.

Pros: Good location for central Rome, the room was serviced daily and kept very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was reasonable space in the room, the storage space was good and the shower room was of reasonable size.

Cons: There were no staff on site to my knowledge and communication was slow via the Booking.com app.

Great location and very nice room in a quiet area in Rome

Pros: Central but quiet location, in the Prati area, really well connected, but not surrounded by thousands of tourists. The area has lots of local restaurants and bars where locals can grab coffee and pastries. Prati is an upper medium class area, ten minutes walk from the Vatican. The room we were in was facing the back courtyard, so it was quiet. The room itself was well equipped with a capsules coffee machine, kettle with tea and camomile and a mini fridge. Our room was very nicely decorated, the bathroom was very modern, the mattress was comfy. The room will be done up nicely if you leave in the morning, unless otherwise indicated. There's an option for you to say you don't want them to do it by hanging a sign on the door.

Cons: The shower has very little pressure and the water doesn't get very warm. When if it does, briefly, it then gets cold quite quickly, mid shower (and I don't have long showers). We were initially given the wrong code to enter (we were told the last four numbers of my mobile, but they left the last one out 😅) so we couldn't immediately access. They don't tend to answer calls, but they were very helpful via message and we got in after 20 min or so.

Pros: This place was beautiful, clean and really reflected the history and feel of Rome. Excellent value for what felt like a very luxurious apartment

Cons: The sofa bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, the shower was not hot enough and the smoke alarms flashed continuously through the night so eye masks a good idea. Despite these things it was do nice would def recommend

Pros: The location is ideal. Near the Vatican City, metro station (Ottaviano), lot's of shops, Caffe etc. We felt safe even at our night walks. The room was spacious, clean, warm and the bed mattress was so comfortable. I loved our blankets. They were so soft and warm!. We even had our own balcony. Every day the staff brought us clean bath towels and made our room.

Cons: We didn't have view at the street. We stayed at the deluxe room. The bathroom faucet needs to be repaired. We are family who constits of 4 people. The 2 of us were sleeping at a sofa - bed, so it wasn't comfortable.

Great location, good flat, but shower and host communication should improve.

Pros: Location was fantastic (very close to the metro, close to the Vatican, full of restaurants and cafes), the flat was overall well maintained and very clean (and daily cleaning was a great plus). Check in process was relatively straightforward (despite limited responsiveness from host) and passkey system to enter the flat felt very safe.

Cons: Host communication was terrible - would not respond to messages. Shower was outdated and not functioning well (shower head would stay still on the wall). Safe was provided but was not installed - not bolted to the wall, no batteries installed etc.

Pros: Beautiful property and amazing location! Staff were responsive and helpful

Clean room, quiet and elegant location

Pros: The location was very nice, a good escape from the main tourist areas. Felt very safe.

Cons: I tried contacting the apartment beforehand with a question but never heard back. When we arrived everything went smooth and could get in with the received code, but since we didn’t hear back when we had questions we had our doubts that someone could help us in case we need any assistance with anything.

Spacious and beautifully decorated place.

Pros: The location was good. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space to store clothing and the fan was great to have. It was decorated beautifully.

Cons: The pillows were flat, and the mattresses were not very comfortable. However, this has been the case for all the places we have stayed throughout Italy.

Pros: When I first saw my room I can't believe how beautiful it is. It was exact as described on the site and according to photos. It is really beautiful and impressive rooms, a lot of space, super clean with wonderful and unforgetable decorations. Very comfortable beds, several towels for each person, all shower stuff provided and also we found a water in our fridge (for us it was very important as we checked-in in the middle of night). One more thing that really pleased us as we checked in at 3 am - for us was prepared ready to sleep sofa-bed, just lay down and sleep. Thank you for that, as we was really tired from road.
