Perfect
Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing during our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was clear and easy from the moment of the reservation. Our room was spotless and very aesthetic, with an excellent view from the window that made the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone it is in a great location, very close to the Vatican.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. We would especially like to mention the cleaner — a very polite, well-mannered and friendly young man. He listened carefully to all our requests and was extremely kind and helpful. We also really appreciated the manager. He regularly checked if everything was okay, asked if we needed anything, and was always ready to help. It was very nice to feel such care and attention toward the guests. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout so we could walk around the city and come back later to pick up our things. That was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you for the great service and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere!

Pros: Our stay in Lui & Giò Luxury Suite was just perfect👍 The room was modern and fully equipped, we’ve been staying for 4 days, and the room was cleaned two times. I fell in love with the location: Vatican Museums are just around the corner, city center and shopping streets are 30 min away, but the walk through the streets of Prati was adorable. Additional gratitude to the owner, Gabriele. We arrived late at night, but our room was ready, and Gabriele gave the detailed instruction how to get there. We will surely stay here when in Rome the next time🫶🏻

Pros: A beautiful and modern apartment in a great location. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. A great location, within walking distance of Rome's most important monuments. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Perfectly located for exploring the city on foot! Only 5 minutes from the Ottaviano metro, with easy bus access everywhere and great restaurants nearby—yet the area remains incredibly peaceful. The apartment is cozy, the beds are comfy, and the shower pressure is excellent. We’ll definitely be back for our next Rome trip!\

Nice room in a very convenient area
Pros: Newly renovated room, everything is brand new and clean, there is a coffee machine, easy access, online check-in, everything goes smoothly. Nice neighbourhood with public transport, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the Vatican just around the corner.
Cons: The room is quite small and the bed is rather narrow, so it might be challenging for bigger people :). In December there was no heating and it was cold on the first night. You can, however, use the AC, which blows warm air.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros: This is an amazing apartment located right in the city centre just 8 mins walking from Vatican city and 6 mins from Metro station Ottaviano. Newly rebuilt nice and cozy apartment with 4 rooms and kitchen for guests. We had a beautiful room, perfectly clean, fragrant and nice, with tee/coffee machine, you may enjoy morning Lavazza at room or to visit several historical cafeterias close to the house. Gabriele is very nice owner, straight forward, much helpful and supportive, he was waiting for us when we arrived, in contact over WhatsApp during the stay till our departure. Thank you Gabriele, we will remember this amazing stay in Rome with your apartment for long time.

Pros: This beautiful apartment is in a great location. Very close to the Vatican city and very close to the Metro underground station. The apartment was impeccably clean and well appointed. One of the Best Rooms around !! Very convenient.
