Good, but needs small improvements ( better towels, water, checking if everything works like the ac before guests arrive

Pros: Location to metro and the Vatican. Place was clean . Air condition was not working the day of arrival but was quickly fixed the next morning Claudia was very helpful

Cons: The towels were clean, but they were too thin and old. No water bottle provided in the room. It can get noisy, as the doors are too thin… so you BL can hear all the other occupants opening and leaving the apartment. This is quite disturbing during the night

Pros: Location is excellent Accommodation is spacious and clean

Cons: Communication regarding check in was not good enough. We were given the wrong code, and the video provided did not show the correct keypad. We ended up walking around the whole block with all our luggage to enter. Bedding was just sheets with no blanket

Pros: The location was perfect, near to the Vatican, just a few minutes walk. Our room was nice, clean, we got new towels and cleaning everyday. Claudia was really helpful. I'm glad we found it!

Perfect for the price

Pros: Great location. 5 min walk from a metro and lots of local restaurants nearby. Vatican is only a 15 mins walk too. Claudia (our contact) was superb. So friendly, professional and efficient. We had an issue with the hair dryer not working and she sorted it immediately. We also had an issue with a very loud guest who we reported to her and she dealt with it the very next day. Regular cleaning was nice to have too. Great air conditioning.

Cons: I'm a tall person and the bed was considerably low. Could have used some water or coffee in the room. Walls are very thin so you need to be careful of which guest is next to you. Towels are thin. Shower didn't get too hot either and took a while to heat up. These aren't complaints though, just observations. I'd stay again if I were to visit.

Pros: Right next to a station which made it very easy to travel around. It’s also very safe too as you have three separate doors to get through to access your room which was good.
