Pros: The rooms were located on the 4th floor of an apartment block and was accessed via a quaint lift. The room was clean and comfortable.The apartment is ideally located in the Prati district only a 10 mins walk from the Vatican and 30-40 mins walk to all other major sights. You are only 5mins walk from two Metro stations, so easily accessible via public transport from your airport or centrale train station. The room was cleaned every day during my five night stay and encountered no issues, the proprietor is always contactable via WhatsApp if not personally. The area is quiet with plenty of restaurants and cafes locally. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

Perfect and we would recommend 100%

Pros: The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of all the main sites in Rome. Bright and airy room, good warm shower, shared, clean kitchen facilities with tea & coffee. Rooms tidied daily. Comfortable beds. Host was so helpful. Great location with great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like, but if you are looking for a fancy hotel and spa, this isn’t for you. This is not what we needed though.

Pros: Cost performance is perfect. It is the best place to stay for Family(2adult, 2children)

Cons: Only facility of toilet is not good, but it is a not big issue.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and cleaner was helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was provided! Nice breakfast near door to the hotel

Cons: The location was a little bit far and difficult to reach to main tourist attractions and transport in the area is unreliable. To be fair the metro was closed during the period of my stay so I can’t really judge. If the metro was running, then would of been an different story

Ideal for family of 4 sight seeing trip.

Pros: Staff were very helpful. Our family room had 2 sections so we weren’t all cramped into one space.

Cons: The location is close to the Vatican City but a 20-30 minute walk to other attractions. Metro is close by but limited stops especially close to main attractions- Trevi fountain, pantheon, Spanish steps.

Pros: Everything was perfect will come back again when I visit rome. They even let us leave the suitcase there when we were leaving. The guy and the girl at the reception are amazing
