Very nice experience

Pros: The location and cleanliness of the room.The taxi driver was very helpful and kind.

Cons: There was no soundproofing at all.

Pros: The location was perfect and the staff very friendly! Room was clean and homey.

Perfect for a weekend away

Pros: It was perfect for a long weekend in Rome, had everything you needed. Bed was super comfy which is always a bonus. Staff were lovely, big thank you to Richey for the warm welcome. The location was good, had lots of cafe’s and restaurants nearby and two metro stations were just around the corner. Slightly out of the city centre which we enjoyed so it was quiet in the evenings which was a nice break from the busy city centre.

Pros: Close to Vaticano and metro station. Staff, Tajik is very kind and helpful.

We loved Rome and enjoyed the room, other than the shower

Pros: We loved the location, quieter than the other side of the river, the room was a good size and was clean

Cons: The shower had a high step and took ages to get hot, the toilet was so closely placved infront of the shower that stepping down the high step was a hazard. If you were older or not steady on your feet, the lack of room to move and the high step down could be a problem

Pros: The location was perfect. Just enough out of the main bit of room that it’s quiet at night but only takes 20ish minutes in by bus / metro. The hosts were incredible and on hand at all times. We felt very welcome and loved the extra finishing touches such as including a razor, coffee etc.

Cons: We stayed in room 1 and the air con barely made the room any cooler and during this heat wave the room temperature was unbearable. However, the hosts gave us the fan from the kitchen and this helped so much and we were so grateful! If this was fixed then our stay would have been perfect. Only other thing is that the bar was closed where we would have got the included breakfast and it would have been nice to know this before arrival but host did compensate with the tax.

Overall, excellent! The owner is very sweet and polite. She made sure we were comfortable.

Pros: Everything was good except the breakfast. It was just a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Cons: The breakfast could be made better by adding one more item, preferably an omelette or anything salty.

Pros: Perfect for our three day stay. Close to everything, we walked everywhere. Good restaurants and supermarkeds nearby. The staff was very helpfull and responded fast to our messages!

Pros: Nice personal. Quiet place, out of center of Rome. Easy to reach it buy metro or bus. Clean room and silent guest in other rooms. Really charming old elevator that gave special vibe to stay. Room had a AC, so it was fresh and cool inside, while outside it was 30 degrees C. Extra plus for super clean bed sheets (I’m allergic, had good night sleep). The lady was super kind and let us leave our luggage upstairs after we left for tour.

Cons: Wifi was not working sometimes and hair dryer was not so powerful, probably broken, but it was not a major problem.

Pros: Excellent location, very nice neighborhood the house is very clean and comfortable

Cons: The water flow in the shower was a little weak
