Fabulous location , great host -local Rome feeling .

Pros: Amazing location - monti is walking distance to all the key tourist attractions.

Cons: The hot water was fickle / hard to have a consistent shower ( I should have messaged the host but I didn't ). hopefully it was a one off .

Perfect location for all the sites, nice comfy apartment.

Pros: Location was great, near to all the sites, restaurants, bars etc Quiet side street away from the noise of the city

Cons: Not the owners fault but there were noisy neighbours coming back late and playing music which we could hear through the door/walls

A well located super cute apartment

Pros: What a location! So close to the colosseum and the restaurants of Monti. Most main sites are within walking distance. Cute little apartment, perfect for solo or couple.

Cons: The two flights of stairs are tough with big bags but not unexpected in Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent, so close to the Colosseum! It was clean and comfortable! It was well equipped also!

Cons: The only downside was the noise outside but being that central it is to be expected and not the hosts fault at all - take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Pros: The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it would be too small for a couple with kids. It is well equipped with all kitchen appliances, bathroom accessories, and a washing machine.

Cons: I don’t know how it happened, but right after leaving the apartment, we discovered that we had been bitten by bugs — most likely bedbugs or fleas. I can’t say for sure that the apartment owner is to blame, but we can’t think of any other possible source. Also, there was no laundry detergent provided for the washing machine, which seemed strange to me. It’s such a small expense, but very important — especially during the summer season when temperatures reach +35–40°C.
