Pros: The area is great , it's close to all attractions . The flat was so spacious, but you should write that it's situated on the 3rd floor without lift , it can be problem for elderly and family with babies. For my family everything was perfect.

Ideal place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Exceptional location, just 3 mins from Colosseo with view on Via Cavour and Rome evening life. Clean and comfy inside. Apartments have everything needed. It was warm as central heating was working in the evenings. We arrived earlier but Emmanuel arrived couple of hours earlier and let us leave bags even though flat was not yet ready. We got they key, left baggage and returned in the evening. So communication with agency who provide servise for this flat was perfect.

Cons: Nothing that can make your stay disappointing. The only thing that was not convenient is absence of lat/oil/ coffee/tea in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher but no tablets. When you are staying for couple of night you def won’t buy anything like this but for owner it costs nothing to add such small things to make the place even more ideal. There is no washing machine as it was mentioned in description as well.

Perfeita!

Pros: Fomos muito bem recepcionados por Daniele (muito carismático, atencioso e prestativo). As acomodações são aconchegantes, com espaço limpo, organizado e bem equipado. A localização é perfeita para quem quer conhecer a Roma antiga. Nossa estada foi ótima.

Cons: O sofá cama tem uma baixa no meio, mas nada que atrapalhe ou prejudique a permanência no apartamento.

Cons: Se dificulta subir las escaleras con equipaje y falta mantenimiento en drenaje de ducha, son cosas menores para tener en cuenta

Pros: Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Przestronne mieszkanie, ogrzewanie automatyczne. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywny pobyt.

Cons: Łóżko w salonie bardzo niewygodne, zapada się a materac się zsuwa.

Bardzo dobre mieszkanie

Pros: Lokalizacja super. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i odnowione. Czyste, co jak na Włochy jest rzadkością. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze więc jeśli ktoś ma problem ze zdrowiem może być ciężko. Jestem zadowolona z wynajmu mieszkania i na pewno bym wynajęła je jeszcze raz w przyszłości :).

Cons: Kuchnia powinna być lepiej wyposażona, było nas 4ech a np szklanek było 3. Kanapa w salonie do zmiany skrzypi i ledwo można na niej spć.

Pros: Amazing location – just a short walk to the Colosseum and other sights. Loved the view of the piazza right from the window. Lots of nice restaurants around, which made it super easy to enjoy the evenings. Great place to stay while exploring Rome!
