I would return to this place without thinking twice

Pros: It is very well located, the receptionist does not speak English, but is very friendly. The room was great, it had a bathroom, soap and towels and plenty of storage space (we did not use them).

Pros: The host mainly speaks Italian. He tries to switch to English, but after a sentence or two, he reverts back to Italian. Despite this, it was not an issue for completing the check-in process. The room was nice and clean, and there was a kettle in the shared kitchen area. The location is excellent, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. Walking to the Trevi Fountain from the hotel takes about 20 minutes.

Cons: There was only one small inconvenience happened at 8 AM, when we realized there was no more hot water in the shower. We had to call the host, but the four different telephone numbers posted in the entrance area did not work. Eventually, we found another number on the hotel business card, and the host answered. He sent someone to fix the hot water issue, which was resolved in 15 minutes.

we had good nights sleep and were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Pros: the price to location was wonderful and the man we talked to was very helpful and accommodating. we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily due to location which was wonderful for us. the bed was also very comfortable. cleaning was optimal as well.

Cons: the wiring for the power block was unsafe and looked like it could start a fire as it was behind the bed. maybe get a new power block?

Pros: Great hotel in a perfect location. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

You cannot underestimate a good nights sleep, and I got one here. It is worth the price that you pay

Pros: The mattress was really comfortable and the duvet and sheets were of really good quality cotton, and really cosy. It felt clean, and I slept well. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very good and it was hot. The gentleman running the property was very friendly.

Cons: The shower door was loose and falling off.

Pros: I definitly recommend to stay there. Location is perfect. I will book this apartment next time as well.

Pros: La struttura è posizionata in quartiere elegante, non caotico …. Si arriva in centro in 15 minuti a piedi . Inoltre nelle vie adiacenti è possibile trovare ristoranti e pizzerie senza il bisogno di spostarsi lontano. Qualità prezzo soddisfacente.

Cons: Il bagno è da rifare … il box doccia mancante di chiusura scorrevole, con la tenda in pvc usciva acqua, nonostante si stava attenti. Vaso e bidet troppo attaccati tra loro e piccoli per il filo muro .

Pros: La camera era piccola ma accogliente, pulita e sapeva di casa.

Cons: Piccola pecca i muri non insonorizzati..sentivo tutto quello che facevano i vicini..ma è un'appartamento antico nel cuore di Via Sicilia quindi \

Bom custo benefício

Pros: Da hospitalidade e simpatia da senhora que acredito seja a dona e seu filho em nós receber apos as 9 horas da noite, a hospedagem nos ofereceu um quarto grande com cozinha compartilhada com geladeira, fogão com utensílios de cozinha para uma estádia curta ou até mais dias! Apesar de terem outros quartos a acústica é boa e quase não se nota hóspede nos outros quartos. Fica a 20 min a pé da estação termini e passa ônibus para o centro de Roma na rua atrás do alojamento.

Cons: Fiquei um dia sem wi-fi, pois a senha não estava bem exposta, tentei por mensagem obter com a hospedagem através do booking mas não tive resposta a contento. consegui conexão no segundo dia.

Pros: La posizione è ottima, mi sono spostata tranquillamente a piedi per visitare le maggiori attrazioni. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Assolutamente consigliato!
